hello everyone 😉
I´m back home from my trip to Emma and flying to London was absolutely worth it. She really knows how powerful and important posing and a good body language is.
We went through every pose and the comparisons and she showed me some really nice tricks to showcast my physique in the right way. After that we recorded
the changes and spoke about the details likewhat do I really want to show in each pose?!
So I´m going to practice these changes every day at least two times (morning and in the evening). The most important thing for me in this prep is to be

@lara-tasharofi I’ll drop the weight on the free weight bar till I feel them properly then start my progressive overload from that point

It’s def better to separate your cardio and weight sessions!

so I´m gonna try to train again, more volume today because I think I gonna be weak af after this two days of stress and pain xD
tommorrow we´re going to London to see Emma Hyndman, so that´s again a rest day from weights but I think I will sweat a lot during the posing session.
Yesterday I saw my coach Stefan Kienzl and he´s happy with my current condition, we just reduced some carbs from two meals on training and rest days.

a lot of people struggle with feeling RDL´s with free weights, I think if you feel them better on smithmachine than go for it but make sure you

baggy shirts and joggers, flip flops and also snickers, yoga mat, blanket, a little pillow, all foods for the day, posing trunks, headphones, try to stay calm and relax, all work is done on this day so enjoy it 🙂

Rest day again because yesterday was really painful ! I recognized that my stomach was bad the whole day, bloated and it got worser by time.
After my last client I was really in pain and can’t move anymore ????
My colleague called the ambulance because I can’t really move anymore.
At the hospital I get painkillers and some fluids to stop the bloating,
The doctors told me it’s acute gastritis but it could also come from the supps which I take during prep.
After two hours in the hospital I felt better and we went home. Got some medication to protect the stomach which I have to take every morning know. I‘m going to see a gastroenterologist next week to see what’s going on with my stomach and what’s the real cause for my stomach cramps.follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro
