    wide stance movements like sumo squats in the smithmachine or sumodeadlifts but I would def change the gym! these two are necessary

    PUSH today 🙂
    – reverse flys with db ( I´m doing rear delts every push and pull session)
    – shoulderpress (gym80)
    – single side laterals standing
    – incline chestpress (gym80)
    – seated side laterals
    – tricepspress (gym80)
    – overhead tricepspress with db

    we went to a “new” gym today, the equipment is crazy and I know this my upper body will be very sore tommorrow.
    sent my coach some updates and he´s pretty happy, I´m a little bit insecure because the scale didn´t move at all
    even if I know that the weight really doesn´t matter.
    This prep is a little bit different than my last because I´m really moody since the beginning and I have a really
    hard time enjoying the process nevertheless I always keep in mind that doing this is a privilege 🙂

    my workouts last around 90 to 120 min (warming up not included) but as it has been said really depends on how you recover, are you in a deficit or do you get plenty of food, frequency of your workouts etc.

    the split is good but too many workouts in a row .. wouldn´t be possible for me. I feel like shit after 3 days of training in a row

    try some instant oats or cream of rice with iso whey for last meal on the previous day and for preworkout just a iso whey and maybe some fruits 😉

    PULL I today

    – pullover machine
    – bent over barbell row
    – chin ups
    – high row machine
    – pulldowns
    – high cable rear delts
    – hanging leg raises

    + 30 min of cardio preworkout

    currently still using 30g of Sustain and 18g of MPS MAX during workout, weight is around 67kg

    LEGS II was on the menu

    -adductor
    -abductor
    -seated calve raise (last set triple drop set)
    -seated hamcurls
    -high stance legpress
    -hip thrusts
    -single leg legpress
    -single leg glute ham raises

    have been feeling really tired the last couple of days and I recognized that my bloodpressure was really low.
    today was way much better and I´m feeling a little bit more alive xD
