    depends on your situation if you´re on a diet eating food like cream of rice for post workout is more satisfying than just a carb powder, if you´re in off season and try to get all your food in without digestion problems a shake makes more sense

    very long day for me and also rest day.. but wasn´t really like resting.
    Had an computer tomography early in the morning, later some housework, cooking, lot of pt´s at work and 30min on the stairmaster.

    I don´t think that there is any lower back exercise where you can avoid training glutes expect the back extension machine

    unfortunatley I didn´t saw my coach today, his return flight was delayed so I have to wait till next week. I sent him my weight twice a week and once a week a check in videos so we can be sure everything is going right 😉

    PUSH II

    -single arm reverse flys with DB
    -shuolderpress (smithmachine)
    -single arm side lateral (machine)
    -incline chestpress (smithmachine)
    -french press (from the floor)
    -cuff laterals (cable)
    -single arm tricepspd (rope)
    -abs (hanging leg raise &abdominal crunch machine)

    1) no one of my real friends 🙂
    2) always keep in mind that post competition is the beginning of a new chance to become better
    3) puhhhhh I think 2015 in my first prep I had around 1100 calories on rest days but my bodyweight was a little bit lighter than know (46kg)
    4) yes of course, if you wear shitty sneakers which are really not made for lifting your performance suffers
    5) simple because you need way more than 1g of protein per pound of bw if you want to get some tissue on

    as Kevin and Haider said, it´s helpful when you´re dieting and calories are low..but also if you´re in off season and food is very high and food don´t go down easy fasting could help you to quicken your appetite

    Did :
    -Pulldowns
    -chest supported t-bar row
    -cable rows
    -incline pulldowns
    -high cable reverse flys
    -bicepcurls (machine)
    -dragon curls with ez/bar
    -abs

    Weight went down, currently 67kg, tomorrow I will see my coach. When condition is good we will stay with calories etc if not we‘re going down with calories ????

    I prefer higher carbs around the workout and for breakfast..equal amounts of carbs in all meals wouldn´t be useful, your body doesn´t need carbs pre bed as example.
