Hi Keenan, what always helped me is staying hydrated, eating more green veggies to my meals, enough sleep and I have at least one meal sweet meal

On non workout days I would def reduce carbs and higher fats but won’t cut them totally. You could place them in every meal except the last meal before bed because you obviously you don’t need them in this resting phase

not enough sleep caused by the fact you have to work (because yeah everybody deals with that sometimes) is okay but improve your nutrition,
plan ahead because thats in your control!

-reverse lunges (smithmachine)weight is around 67,9-68 kg and didn´t change since two days.. so I dropped some water in the first two days.
