    really tired today so I just did arms and 30 min on the stairmaster. weight is still 68,4kg so we cut 150 calories

    Hi Keenan, what always helped me is staying hydrated, eating more green veggies to my meals, enough sleep and I have at least one meal sweet meal
    like a protein pancake with some berries (this just keeps me happy in prep ;D)

    PULL/LEG combo for thiiiiickness today

    -deadlifts (finally able to lift my PR (160kg) from october 2018 before my accident, really really happy with that)
    -undergrip pull down
    -high cable rear delts
    -seated hamcurls (last set triple drop set)
    .banded stiffis

    lower back is really sore right know so time to relax, recover and stretch

    On non workout days I would def reduce carbs and higher fats but won’t cut them totally. You could place them in every meal except the last meal before bed because you obviously you don’t need them in this resting phase

    rest day for me. means 30 min of cardio, streching, working with clients and getting my meals in.

    Currently looking for a new competition BIKINI so any SUGGESTIONS would be helpful !!!!

    not enough sleep caused by the fact you have to work (because yeah everybody deals with that sometimes) is okay but improve your nutrition,
    plan ahead because thats in your control!
    use your limited time in the gym for the main moves

    Really nice LEG workout today
    -adductor (last set triple drop)(3sets)
    -abductor (last set triple drop)(3sets)
    -seated calve raise
    -lying prone legcurls
    -seated single leg legcurls
    -leg press (wide stance)
    -leg press (lower near stance)
    -leg extensions
    -reverse lunges (smithmachine)

    weight is around 67,9-68 kg and didn´t change since two days.. so I dropped some water in the first two days.
