rest day today! just 20 min on the treadmill and my core routine ( reverse crunches 3x 20 , crunches on the gymnastic ball 3×20 , vacuum 3×10)
had a great full body massage, visited the big buddha in Koh Samui and of course again lots of food 🙂
Talked to my coach some weeks ago and he told me my off season shape and body composition is better than ever.
Currently I´m not sure IF I´m really ready for a prep because of my accident in december..didn´t even think about competing this year until he told
me I could def do it..So this is very difficult for me because in the past I always worked towards a competiton and know I´m coming back from
an surgery. For sure I´m always giving my best at the gym but in the last months I just wanted to make sure my wrist is healing well. That was the main goal.
Competing was not on my mind so this comes really surprising.. well I´ll take the next couple days to decide if this is a “good” idea..there´s always a pro and contra list on my mind .follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

another day in Koh Samui ! 20 min of cardio on empty stomach, some ab exercices, breakfast ( 3x eggs, toast with ham, mushrooms with spinach, 60-80 g of oatmeal with dried fruits and strawberry yoghurt) later gym (push), pwo we had thai chicken with rice and some drinks at the beach. For dinner I had a prawns with rice and sticky mango rice with ice cream..told ya´ll I´m def in paradise 😉

Had a good leg workout today even if it’s not easy when your not in „your” gym.
Warmed up with leg extension-adductor

-hacksquat (quad focused)
-donkey raisePwo we has thai chicken with rice. Usually I would drink iso whey with carbs but there is something in the whey or in the light milk which I can’t digest.

Rest day! Woke up really tired today so we just rest at the pool, eat good thai food and later we are going for a massage. Yesterday we went to Chaweng & Fisherman’s Village ! A big market with lots of people and good food .
Yesterday’s pull session :
-lat pull downs (wide grip)
-chest supported t-bar row
-bent over row (smithmachine)
-low row single arm
-pull ups in ss with cable pullovers
-reverse flys (cable tower)
-conc curls on incline bench
-seated curlsTo be honest I do not know how many calories I’m currently eating, I’m just making sure that pre and post workout are high in carbs and protein.
Eating 3-4x times per day which is not easy because of the high humidity here in Koh Samui. The only time I‘m really hungry is in the morning so I eat more for breakfast than normallyfollow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

Hey ! If you feel bloated and can’t digest your food it’s totally okay to reduce frequency (imo). I‘m currently dealing with the same issue and stopped with forcing food. As you said be sure you time your pre and post workout meals right and be sure to get your macros in 🙂

First day in Koh Samui with @wotti !
Since we both didn’t train the last few days we decided to do a push session at elite fitness in Chaweng.
Our routine today :
-reverse flys cable flys
-high incline chestpress (for me) flat chestpress (Stefan)
– shoulderpress
– dip machine
– butterfly ss with lateral raise
– neutral grip deltpress ss with incline lateral raise
– overhead extension cable tower
-reverse crunches
-crunchesEarlier today we did cardio (30min) on empty stomach .

Last day in Austria ! Currently sitting at the airport waiting for our flight to Bangkok.
Just did some cardio (stairmaster 20min+ bike 25 min)
My neck pains getting better, stomach also but food is still low. Didn’t want to risk stomach pains during a 10h flight so I’m eating only when I’m really hungry and than nothing spicy or high in fat .follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro
