    Good session today, focused again on my weak areas and paid extra attantion to execution ! talked to one of my clients today who is a lawyer.. looks like gyms will not reopen this year…h having the opportunity to still train is amazing.. but I miss my normal life :/

    Hi Jessy 🙂 it would be much easier with more shows in Europe, there will be only 3 shows where I can compete this year which is not much when countries close and open due corona. More opportunities means less stress for me 😉 and it is a little bit daring to do shows in the USA because well I have never competed before in the pro league; I never been in Amerika , my boyfriend couldn’t come with me and I would have to take time off from my job for some months which is nearly impossible however I’ll wait until December maybe they’ll add some shows besides that everything is cool, I have access to a private gym and can train without much restrictions:)

    Yeah oats are a very good and cheap carb source but I would add more carbs around or/and during your workout as example a intra shake with cyclic dextrin .. for me eating a carb meal pre bed makes no sense except you train the next day fasted or very early

    I would split MEAL 5 in to seperate meals back to back
    means pwo cereals with iso whey 90 mins later chicken with rice… and is there a special reason for oats and berries for your last meal ?

    rest again! WHICH means fasted cardio, mobility work and abs.. sounds like I´m a fitness influencer hahah def not.
    shopped some nice presents for christmas! finally I have enough time .. the last years it was always a struggle!

    most of the bodybuilders I know are very down to earth and have a calm personality .. which is very helpful if you want to be successfull but I don´t think you can generalize that

    rest today 🙂 did a lot of mobility work and lpf in the morning , feels better to do that stuff fasted. finally its getting cold in Austria and we went for a short walk with Nori !
    now some check ins and office work of course but not so much to do than I used to.. lockdown will be over in two weeks but I don´t think that gyms will reopen like in England…also the Ben Weider 2021 won´t be pro show like last year.. so the only comps in Europe will be Estriol (Portugal), romanian muscle contest and the 2brospro pro show in november. I don´t think they will add another pro show but we will wait until december to make a final decision

    tough decision but I would go for the leg press because you have more possibilities to train with that! high stance, low stance, wide stance, near stance, single leg .. yet if you have the space and the financial resources I would buy both xD nothing beats a heavy set on the hack squat !

    depends when and what you have eaten for your last meal but generally I would stay in a time frame from 60-90 mins after you wake up!

    simple take a time off from training, personally I have 2-3 times a year a rest phase for 2 weeks, this is really helpful in terms of recovery, mindset and health !

    light leg session today, sounds so stupid because it wasn´t light just higher in reps and really try to squeeze the hams and glutes! since my back injury I really need to be careful with lots of exercices.. And yes I have lost some tissue in that area but we built up again 🙂

    beside that lockdown mood is pretty good, I have my ups and downs but in general I´m happy and try to focus on the good things in life !
