Hi Florian! you´re not a heavy weight and your calories are pretty low atm I would suggest to increase 200-300 cals in the first week and look how your body response!

same here!
no gyms since last week and I guess they will reopen in Austria soonest in january BUT I can train in a private “gym” it´s more a room than a gym but DB, barbells, cable tower..& some machines!

rest day again! did some mobility exercices in the morning, now client check ins and later I´ll have my first podcast ever!

it is smart to do a a mini cut or clean up phase if you gained too much fat during offseason… if you´re used to keto go for it.. if not then I wouldn´t change my nutrition just caloric intake !

I guess you mean corn grits/ polenta..if so it´s okay but personally I would prefer a carb source which is easier too digest as example cream of rice or rice based cereals 🙂

Personally I prefer to train when I have already 2 meals eaten, this is around 2-3pm, I have also tried to train fasted or later the day around (5-6pm)but this doesn´t work for ME.. however really depends on your daily routine (when you get up, when u eat, etc). Just be consistent with it!
