    rest day, body is tired but I´m feeling good, coach is happy with how things are gowing! office work is so far done and now I´m waiting in front of my computer, livestream for the british grand prix starts soon .. can´t wait to watch the team on stage !!!!

    could work but always depends on your recover capability ! are you very active in your job/freetime? do you get enough sleep? are you currently on a diet or surplus?

    last day at work, lockdown starts tomorrow, atm I´m just pissed off because the governments regulations are stupid !! So happy to be able to train in a private gym!

    with limited equipment it will be difficult to make progress but def not impossible, new exercices or/and more volume means new stimulus !

    if you stay consistent with the amount it won´t hinder your fat loss at all, personally I use them from time to time but I make sure to not overdo.

    Good push session today but my overhead presses could be better, which is still a problem of lacking mobility in my right wrist ! But I’m doing my homework and it will get better !!
    Lockdown light starts on Tuesday here in Austria. I’m really blessed to have the opportunity to still train in a private gym !

    fasted cardio done, stretching and hypopressive exercices done and now breakfast and some office work! it looks like Austria will have another lockdown, yay! whatever it´s gonna be a epic pull session today, upper body feels finally ready after 3 days of rest 🙂

    I prefer to do such a huge compound movement at the beginning of my workout when I´m stil “fresh”, as example after a latpulldown 🙂
