    Hi Phil !
    A full lower workout for your weaker leg would be too much. I would recommend to go on with your current training but incorporate some unilateral exercises like single leg legextensions, lunges (smithmachine), bulgarian split squats or single leg legpress.
    During compound movements take extra note on your weaker areas and maybe reduce weight when necessary 🙂

    Coach also allowed me to do some RDLs and well I really missed them ? more than happy ?
    Tomorrow I have a free day so enough time to recover for a funny pull session in the cellar gym also called the BUNKER ?

    Deep tissue massage and cupping treatment was so good but again very exhausting for my body, so I decided to not train legs and just do a ab-arm training, which isn’t in my current split.
    Very good session and def felt my arms better than after a heavy pull or push session. I’m gonna add this to my routine 🙂

    The meal is okay but only if your body couldn’t digest it well. Switch to almond milk or rice milk and add 30-40g of whey instead of 20g. Personally I would never take any supplements just to digest food better when I have the possibility to switch to another food source

    Yes of course you train your abs/torso somehow when you do compound movements but I would always add 1-2 ab exercises to my workout. Really important for a good posture and they will look better when your bodyfat is low.
    Roll outs on a gymnastic ball or TRX
    Planks in different variations
    TRX pike
    Rope crunches
    Hanging leg raises

    trained with a friend of mine, we did a upper body session which isn´t my current split but it felt really cool to mix things up a little bit:)
    I had pull last time I trained upper body so we did a heavy push light pull workout (just two pull exercices) !
    tomorrow will def be a rest day, I only have one PT in the morning, the rest of the day office work 🙂

    depends on how active you´re on your rest days! personally I eat around 400 cals less on non training days than on training days… but I´m still in a surplus on rest days to make sure recovery is good !

    legs III today in our private gym (actually is the cellar of a friend) 😉
    frontsquats for the second time- added a little bit more weight, stability was good but I struggled with breathing, next time this will be better!
    single leg legpress for second main movement- def better than last time
    seated legcurls- better mind muscle connection because I had a cupping treatment two days ago
    summed up I´m happy with today 😉

    Feeling much better today 🙂 had a great dinner with my mum and brother and then off to work 🙂
    Had to switch things up so tomorrow will be leg day in our new cellar gym ! Love it !!!

    Hi Danny ! Really doesn’t matter whenever it fits for you! Personally I like to do cardio fasted in the morning, it gives me energy for the day 🙂

    rest day again, woke up really tired and had two clients early in the morning and then off to my physiotherapist, lower body cupping treatment! ahhh legs are working now! tomorrow will also be rest day, sunday is pull day 🙂
