def no bent over movement or lower back overload as long as it hurts, personally I would recommend to see a doctor and have a check up on your lower spine!

rest day for me ! slept very good, body was still tired so fasted cardio in the morning with a little bit of pre stim and join in – best combination 😉

-Create a routine, if you working in different shifts this is also possible you have to be even better prepared !
-Don’t train when your completely done after a very long day. Sometimes less is more !

Legs today ! I was a little bit scared because my new plan includes back squats , haven’t done them for a long time and since the last months I didn’t do any squat movement but execution was good and it felt right !
Coachi get’s a lot of training videos atm because I really want to do everything right! 🙂

Hi Philipp, I think you asked this question several times, the answer is still the same, you don´t have to weight yourself everyday, not in prep and not in a gaining phase. you are very focused on your weight which could limit your progress too!

What’s the point of an „free“ meal when you cut out calories on other days other meals ? When condition is good it’s totally okay to have a „free“ meal from time to time! Personally I just replace one of my normal meals with this „free“ meal

Had a really interesting push session yesterday, the new training plan with lots of „new“ exercises is really challenging, as example bent over barbell rows or front lateral raises which I haven’t done for years ?. But that’s exactly why I want a plan from my coach, he knows my lacking body parts and my weaknesses

I would go for lower calories on rest days simply because you don’t need as much as on training days!

your stomach simple can´t handle the cold rice, when there´s no possibilty to heat your meals maybe switch cream of rice or any rice based cereals !
