    I would not focus on the scale too much, push up with calories slowly and monitor performance in the gym, regeneration and of course bodyfat =)
    progress pics should be full body, it´s impossible to give you a useful critism

    legs today, semi good session, decided to not do the near stance legpress, first set felt weird and my lower back started to hurt, adductors are on fire, since my last deep tissue massage I feel them so much better, my left leg looks even better than before and I had only one treatment. tomorrow upper session with focus on push movements, wanted to say heavy push light pull session but it will be a light upper session xD

    another rest day, tomorrow lower session which means just isolation work and no big lifts!
    tomorrow´s workout will look like:
    – adductor machine 2sets
    – standing legcurls 2sets
    – single leg legpress
    – near stance legpress 3 sets ( not to failure)
    – bulgarian split squats (DB) 2 sets
    – abductor machine 2 sets

    great upper session with a a friend of mine, posted some clips on instagram! we also took some pics post workout and I´m really happy with condition and fullness, the mini cut helped me a lot to improve my physique, I´m currently trying to not go up with weight too quickly. Because of my little injury I´ll have to take a step back and be very careful with exercice selection and intensity, yet I´m doing my best to built a good basic for the next season !

    planned to do a rest day but Stefan went for a quick arm training to a friend who has an small gym, so I decided to train arms with him, just a quick training session, higher volume than I´m used to but was so cool to train for ourselfes, no one else , loud music and having a good time. really enjoyed it !
    later food shopping and a big walk with the doggo, so this is a perfect free day for me.

    busy daaaaay , fasted cardio very early, then PT in the gym and later legs 🙂 post workout meal in and back home, quick shower & food and off again to see my doctor, as we suspected I have to wait 2-3 months until my fracture (lv5) is fully healed, annoying and frustrating but I´m so happy that this will heal fully, I have to be very careful in the future to make sure I´m going to be okay when I´m older. This is one of my main goals, I want to do this sport for longterm and I want to be as healthy as I could be when my career is over. There are a lot of people who do everything for bodybuilding, they ticking all the boxes unfortunatley they fortget that at some point in your life you have to stop and step back from stage.
    My plan for the next couple months is to going off from all supps, training 3-4x times a week .. of course only movements/exercices which not stress my lower back.. means no squat movement, no lifting from the floor, no bent over movements (only chest supported), maintaining tissue as good as possible but also giving the body more time to recover!
    BtW deep tissue massage was hell, it´s like a good leg session, inbetween you wanna die, later you feel exhausted but happy , yes I´m a weirdo =D

    Pre bed the day before a solid carb meal, in the morning just a whey isolat and intra shake with carbs. Simple 🙂

    Rest day for me, full day of work, nothing special today.. tomorrow lower then doctor appointment and then deep tissue massage, forarms chest and back are really tense so this gonna hurt A LOT ?
