    slept so well today, really really needed and felt so much better today!fasted cardio really early, later 3 PTs back to back and then training (upper), even if I hit all my meals, the coachings took longer than expected so in the end of my workout I recognized that performance felt rapidly. so next time more rest between clients or less clients, haha 😉 sometimes you have to be selfish, a little bit.
    tomorrow rest day again!

    seems like yesterdays pumping session wasn´t that easy as I thought, felt really battered today. today was a rest day obviously 😀
    the results of my knee MRI came and its just an inflammation ! On thursday I´ll see my orthopedist (lumbar spine) , hopefully there is no invasive treatment needed! tomorrow upper !

    you answered your question by yourself, if it causes bloating cut it from your diet if not it´s okay, personally I don´t eat any kind of diary during prep

    had a really nice pizza yesterday, was nearly the same as we ate in Italy 2018, lovely!
    lower session today was okayyish, again I´m currently not allowed to do squat movement or Rdls, so I have improvise
    -calves (legpress)
    -abductor machine
    -single leg lying lecurls
    -single leg legpress
    -leg extensions
    -standing legcurls
    -finisher, legcurls with the TRX band

    more volume than usually, hate it xD

    Hey Philipp, dachte mir schon du bist aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum! Magertopfen/Magerquark hat zwar auch KH aber die 13g sind meiner Meinung nach völlig okay und beeinflussen deinen Insulinspiegel auch nicht. Ich persönlich zähl es als Proteinquelle mit minmialen KH Anteil und verwend Quark oder mageres griech. Joghurt immer als letzte MZ 🙂

    upper yesterday, session was good but only did machines, back exercises always chest supported and no bent over movement! later I had my second MRI for my left knee and an x-ray for my lumbar spine and knee.
    got the results of the x-ray immediately and it seems like everything is okay..now I´m waiting for the results of the MRI (left knee)..ah yes and today is def a rest day, big walk with the dog and maybe a little cheatmeal =)

    never ever coached myself the only tip I can give u is to let someone who is also into this take a look on your physique from time to time. I find it really difficult to evaluate my look during prep and most of the time I would have made the wrong decisions without a coach. is there a certain reason why do you want to coach yourself ?

    Ahhh forgot to tell, it happened when I reracked the weight in the squat machine, a loud crack and I knew immediately that something wasn’t right ?

    Hi Greg! you said you´re progressing well but you´re still not sure if this way is the right or let´s say the most effective. Doing some research by your own isn´t bad and should be done by everyone who is doing this sport, but please talk to your coach and scrutinize his methods, having no trust in his abilities is not a good foundation to work successfully together !

    So today was lower. What should I say , just isolation work which do not affect my lumbar spine ..very boring
    -standing legcurls
    -adductor machine
    -single leg leg press
    -leg extensions
    -abductor machine
    Does this count as a leg day ??
    Tomorrow second MRI for my left knee, it hurts from time to time and I want to know what’s going on. Wish me luck ?

    Hi Kate ! Tomorrow I’ll have a second mri for my left knee just a precaution because sometimes it also hurts, when I get the results on Monday I’ll see my doctor. to be honest I really don’t know how bad my lumbar vertebrae is damaged, hopefully no surgery is needed. I’ll def post more information when I have seen my doctor ! Thank u so much ?
