    training everyday makes no sense, your body needs rest that could also be a reason why are “super” flat ,whatever that means, because if you´re on a diet for a long time and if bodyfat is low being flat is normal

    rest day for me, had upper yesterday, I really love the upper lower split ! fasted cardio in the morning and later I have a deep tissue massage ( back and front delts, chest). Chest and upper back are really tense and I will do massages more often now to make sure recovery, execution and posing are on point! also sent my coach pics of my current condition, he´s happy so I am too 🙂

    got the results from the MRI of my lumbar spine! so I got a slight fracture of my lumbar vertebra 5 this fracture caused also an bone edema. yes lovely news, to be honest the pain I had the last 6 weeks were horrible and I only want to get healthy again. Atm I don´t even think about competing in the next 12 months. I´m gonna see my doctor next week and hopefully he could tell me which therapy could help ( heard shock wave therapy could help with this) ..but currently I don´t know when I can do a squat or lift movement again. My current training consists of isolation work and movements where I can relieve my lower back. Really not my kind of training…

    Hi Asrar!
    I´m doing between 10000 to 15000 steps per day always depends on several factors like training or non training day, if I´m on prep or in offseason and of course recovery!
    I think 10k are totally okay and won´t affect your training and recovery

    Vacation mode ooon! Haha okay just two days in the spa but I will def enjoy that ! Swimming, sauna, good food, little bit of sun bathing is all I need ?

    personally I don´t drink (rarely) because I´m always tired the next day no matter if one glas or two! so this affects def my recovery and I´m grumpy haha, yet having a drink from time to time and enjoying life with your girl will not hurt your progress !!

    fasted cardio done, breakfast in the making and then off for a lower session, next view days will be rest days aka spa days, yaaaay can´t wait 🙂

    as I can judge from the pic you have posted you can def eat more or let´s say it otherwise, you need to eat more. you should no starve in offseason and you need the extra calories to grow, yes of course you will not be as lean as you are atm but when your priority is to grow, increase intake

    Doesn’t sound silly Jack, you have never count your macros so this is totally new. I would always recommend to count everything you have eaten!

    Slept more then 10hours and felt very good so decided to do upper 🙂
    Pwo we went out for grilled chicken salad and rice , so delicious ?
    Currently resting because later my shift in the gym starts ?

    rest day, 3 PTs in the morning, cardio, yaaaay and later off to the doctor. Lower spine mri is done, now I´m waiting for the results =)
    tomorrow also no training, today was busy so my body def needs another rest day. Stefan and I decided to stay with calories and not going lower in bodyweight.
    I´m currently still progressing and it´s no problem for me to hold my current condition

    uh nearly forgot this one! tomorrow MRI of my lower spine, hopefully my doctors are right and its just a muscular/nerval problem . I recognized that my glutes are really tense, foam roalling was hell!!
