upper today, trained in another gym today so different machines and different numbers, I recognized that especially push movements getting better. for the moment I completely cut off free shoulder movements.

just eat your rest day food or in your case low day food, watch condition and scale and increase/decrease food when needed š

Great lower session today but my left knee causes pain from time to time so Iāll see a doctor and do a mrt to see if itās just a muscular problem or not .

again a relaxing morning for me, fasted cardio, mobiltiy work, stomach vaccuum, walk with the doggo and a nice breakfast. my shift at the gym starts late today so I have plenty of time š

successfull rest day, just cardio and a walk with the dog, nothing more.. okay yeah writing diet plans , client check ins etc but everything was really stressless, should def do this more often. depending on how legs feel tomorrow, IĀ“ll decide if I take a second day of rest or train. weight went a little bit up since the last two days of training, condition is good so everthing is going well š

personally I prefer to increase carbs in my meals pre and post workout (post show) because hunger is still high, yet if you“re not hungry you can increase the intra carbs

I guess you haven“t access to a gym the last couple of months so for sure you will need more time to recover fully. If I feel not recovered I prefer to do another rest day.

first free day from work, really turned off everthing work related, which I didn“t do since 6 weeks?!!! fasted cardio in the morning, long walk with Stefan and Nori, food shopping, home again and then off to Ikea, we bought new furnitures for our office room. Later we went to one of our fav pizzeria and of course dessert as always Mc Flurry haha, yes!
