    upper today, trained in another gym today so different machines and different numbers, I recognized that especially push movements getting better. for the moment I completely cut off free shoulder movements.
    my right wrist will never be unrestricted moveable like my left one, and machines are way more easier to handle with this little problem šŸ˜‰ tomorrow rest, saturday too. sunday last lower session for this week and thEn some spa days.. canĀ“t wait ! finally some feeling of vacation šŸ˜€

    just eat your rest day food or in your case low day food, watch condition and scale and increase/decrease food when needed šŸ™‚

    Great lower session today but my left knee causes pain from time to time so I’ll see a doctor and do a mrt to see if it’s just a muscular problem or not .
    On Friday I finally have a mrt for my lower back, Puhhh I guess I’m getting old ??

    there are people who can eat a very high amount of food without digestiv problems, you just have a good appetite , yet 4200 is not much for your weight and height, I would focus more on progress in the gym, recovery and condition

    again a relaxing morning for me, fasted cardio, mobiltiy work, stomach vaccuum, walk with the doggo and a nice breakfast. my shift at the gym starts late today so I have plenty of time šŸ™‚
    decided to do upper body, legs especially adductors and hammies are still very sore, even if I did everything possible for recovery, sooooo it will be the first upper session of my second rotation !

    successfull rest day, just cardio and a walk with the dog, nothing more.. okay yeah writing diet plans , client check ins etc but everything was really stressless, should def do this more often. depending on how legs feel tomorrow, IĀ“ll decide if I take a second day of rest or train. weight went a little bit up since the last two days of training, condition is good so everthing is going well šŸ™‚

    personally I prefer to increase carbs in my meals pre and post workout (post show) because hunger is still high, yet if you“re not hungry you can increase the intra carbs

    cardio done, walk with the dog, pre shake in and now waiting for Stefan to get ready, upper body session is waiting.
    photoshooting is booked so my motiviation is up again to continue with my cut and drop off a little bit more than planned šŸ™‚

    Great first lower session since the end of my rest phase , lower back also felt okay and no problems with squat movements ?

    I guess you haven“t access to a gym the last couple of months so for sure you will need more time to recover fully. If I feel not recovered I prefer to do another rest day.

    first free day from work, really turned off everthing work related, which I didn“t do since 6 weeks?!!! fasted cardio in the morning, long walk with Stefan and Nori, food shopping, home again and then off to Ikea, we bought new furnitures for our office room. Later we went to one of our fav pizzeria and of course dessert as always Mc Flurry haha, yes!
    tomorrow legs and I really can“t wait to train again, excited !

    Sorry to hear that Katie šŸ™ !! here in austria the numbers of infected went up so we will also get stricter restrictions ..
    just saw your current diet setup, ooone question , why should be meal 1 eaten within 30min after waking up ?
