Sooo today was The day , felt mentally ready to train again, as I said I switched from push/pull/legs to a upper lower split, started today with upper, I really tried to get my head free from all the working stuff which is constantly in my damn brain ? yes I’m one of those persons who overthinks EVERYTHINGGGGG!

Slowly my drive for training comes back, I’m feeling so much better now and I think the next couple days I will be back in the gym 🙂
Fasted stairmaster in the morning, two client meetings and now my shift has started, I’ve decided to do a photoshooting the next couple weeks, just for some content and of course to show everyone the new trainedbyjp clothing collection ? sooooo so cool !

of course it´s not easy when temptations wait around every corner and the lower you get (bf) it gets harder to resist but you have to keep your eyes on your goals. you could also try to buy less sweets for your children , they will def benefit from that , personally I like to eat stuff like sweet peppers (made in the airfryer, really delicious) or pickels when I “need” a snack =)

It’s really annoying to get sick during a prep or if you wanted to start a prep but you have only one option, getting healthy again, when you can eat regularly again weight will get up fast, don’t worry too much about that

Had such an relaxed Monday, fasted cardio on the stairmaster, food shopping and off to work but only two clients which is like holidays ?? finally I’m feeling a little bit better physically and mentally. Less work and more time to enjoy and recover

I´m so relieved that I´m doing a break from training, yesterday was one of the longest working days I ever had, physically very exhausting.
4 PTs each client 80 min, posing client also 90 min, and after that my shift in the gym started xD ahh and yes i did cardio in the morning! noooo excuses here 😉
slept like a baby today, I guess more than 11 hours, haha, so weird when you wake up and have no clue what time and which day it is !

a diet break with maintenance intake could help, also take some days off from training and try to recover as much as possible.

Yeah it’s weekend and guess what next 11 hours I have to work ?
Currently on my way to my first PT for today, sleep was much better than the days before so I’m feeling better ?45 min fasted cardio on the bike earlier today, food didn’t change in my rest phase.

Thank u Kate , my wrists are cool, no problems atm but I have troubles with my lower back , it’s getting better but I’m doing an MRT to make sure nothing is damaged !

two whole eggs (omlette) with cottage cheese and some veggies could be an option for last meal, during the day I like to combine cottage cheese with an mashed banana , love it 🙂
