anoooother rest day, really tired, even if I had enough sleep, glutes hurt really bad but I think it´s because they were under tension for such a long time, my lumbar spine is now in the right place again, I´ll give my body another 2 days of rest and then I´ll decide if I take another week or start training again .

if the only problem is that it takes too much time but you still progressing I wouldn´t switch to another split, a upper lower split will not be shorter

Ah forgot to post, lower back pain is nearly gone, thanks to my chiropractor, he worked with me for more than one hour to fix me again and I feel like new born ! So so happy

wupppp I´m up on my feets for the last 11 hours, had three small breaks between clients for food and a little bit rest, legs are tired and now I´m finally at home ? reduced cardio from 40 to 30 min for today, I guess I had enough steps today ?
tomorrow I´ll finally see a doctor (orthopedist) to check up on my lower back, hopefully it´s nothing serious ..

very productive day, really love that feeling ! took a longer ride on the bike today, went grocery shopping, walk with the doggoo and did all the household stuff which was really necessary =D
than off to work , personal training with two clients who will compete next spring…really exciting ! now back home prep meals and writing some diet plans for clients, tomorrow will be also a complete day of PTs, good for my business but also very exhausting and that´s why this rest phase is def needed.follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

I wouldn’t worry too much about certain weak points overall look is good ( expect hams and glutes, there’s no pic..)

legs yesterday, pull today.. not optimal but I only did machines and no squat movement yesterday (lower back still hurts)
Currently I have a lot of work to do and I´m 6 days a week in the gym (since the last 4 weeks) which really fucks my mind, so I decided to rest for 1-2 weeks, no training, just working with my clients in the gym, being there the whole day and train there is mentally really exhausting!
And guess what, for the first time since years I´m really happy to NOT train, IMO this is a sign to rest and recover and coming back betterfollow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

Hi Joe ! I can´t see the pics, you´re sure you posted them? it´s okay to ask for opinions but at the end this is only your decision, personally I would keep going, you just have started your season so there´s much room for improvments

Weight dropped as I said, 69,9 !
Training sessions are still good which should not change in the next weeks 🙂
We will drop to 68 and then go up slowly again !
