didn´t train legs yesterday, felt really exhausted and lower back hurts really bad so I had an rest day instead and made an appointment with an orthopedist. I´m really worried that this is an injury which take a long time to heal, but let´s wait what the doctors say. Today I did push, just on machines which worked well.
Todays routine:– lying side lateral raises (cable)
– shoulderpress (gym80)
– incline press machine
– seated side lateral (machine)
– triceps overhead ex
– rope tricepsextensions
– hanging leg raises
– vacuum40 min of low intenstiy cardio on the bike early in the morning , tomorrow is checkin again, I guess weight dropped a little bit again

I wouldn’t just deal with it, if something causes digestive issues than cut it from your diet. Fruits before bed could also be the reason!

Early PT today so fasted cardio has to be done even earlier ?

Really needed rest day, I have been tired the whole day so tomorrow will be also rest and recover !

I would place carbs around training sessions, pre (m1) maybe intra also and post (m2)

Hi Lee! how often do you plan to do this? One hour of HIIT sounds is a little bit too long imo..yet if you can recover from this cardio sessions it´s a good tool

legs are sore aaaaaaaaaaaaaaas hell! haha really bad but cardio on the bike and some stretching has saved my day. smithmachine shoulderpress is back in my routine, strength went up, so cool 🙂

haha the first chapter of every new book is so stressful, I´m always between should I stop wasting my time or wait and keep reading and yeeeees training is often mentally a battle!

finally back to a nearly normal leg day, my lower back / glutes are just really tense and I think this could be fixed by my physiotherapist and of course lot of stretching and mobility work. first time ever used the nautilus glute drive machine, really nice ! posted some cut updates on my instagram story. happy with the current look, we will drop off another 2kg and take a look in the mirror 😉

Personally I prefer to eat veggies even in offseason but I do know a lot of people how struggle to get them in when calories are high so therefore a high quality green powder could be useful!

I don’t count carbs from green veggies (they are very low in carbs) I’m just careful with veggies like carrots, corn, tomatoes !
