Had a really cool shooting with an fashion magazine , really different, crazy outfits but I really loved it !

perfect intake is still high and you enjoy your food! which shows are planned? this really reminds me of my first comp diet and all the highs and lows 🙂 great memories, enjoy the journey !! =)

Fasted cardio in the morning, 50 min on the bike 🙂 And then off to work !

goood push session, def better than last time, strenght went up on the incline smithmachine presses, finally. in general I felt better and stronger
todays session:– hanging leg raises
– kruzifix side lateral raises (Cable tower)
– overhead presses (machine)
– incline smithmachine
– chestpress (gym80)
– side lateral raises
– triceps overhead (machine)
– tricepsextensions (single arm , cable tower)tomorrow will be a chilled rest day, just some pts !

really strange, legs feel very good today (yesterday was leg day) I´m totally surprised because the sqauts nearly killed me xD

Strong leg session, happy with the progress on the vsquat.

Early morning pt, then push after that again pt.. now off home, finally it’s sunny again in Vienna ????
Push session was okaaay. I accept that my wrist is an asshole ????????and I will always have troubles with that. I accept the fact that I will never be strong in push movements but when this effect my look on stage this makes me just angry ????
