Hi Jamie 🙂 what really works well for me (when I have to eat very early ) iso whey shake mixed with coffee maybe add an banana and almonds or any nut butter 🙂

Yesterday was very exhausting, lots of clients and I have been up on my feets for more than 9 hours, legs are really tired so I decided to do another rest day, hopefully with more rest ????
Weight dropped from 74 to 72,9 without any changes in diet/cardio 🙂
Next week I’ll have a photoshooting for an fashion magazine, this will be fun????

It’s very difficult for a person who never had done a prep to fully understand but there def are some points that will help
-always be respectful,don’t be mean even if you feel like a piece of shit , it’s your choice to compete not hers ..
-tell her that it’s just for a short amount of time (last weeks of prep)
-take some days off post show and give her some extra time with you
-tell her every day (not matter how tired you are) that you love her and be thankful for her understanding🙂

Reeeest day. 45 min on the bike and off to work. I’m tired and annoyed. Really want to relax and be by myself but noppppe tomorrow again work, Friday and Saturday also. Yay ????

When I have to train really early in the morning I prefer a high carb meal for my last meal the day before .Carbs and aminos during training.
Adding an iso whey shake pre gym is also possible when it fits with your digestion !

Pull today. Really great session,
For warming up I did. scapula pull ups and pullovers-rear delts (high row machine)
-lat pulldown
-ez bar bent over barbell rows
-undergrip row machine (single arm)
-Single arm cable lat pulldown
-cable curls
-ez bar curlsReally feeling my back working during my training, reduced weight a little bit but still making progress, compared to last offseason I look a little bit bigger and better condition , yaaaz

Hi Kate 🙂 everything is going well, weight stalled the last three days so after tomorrow (rest day) I’ll sent my coach pics and we will decided what we are doing next !
I’m feeling very good atm 🙂

fasted cardio done, client check ins done, later off to work just one pt ..so it´s not as busy as I thought..my shift in the gym is cancelled for today. sooo yay more rest for my tired legs 🙂
