    Hi Dave ! I prefer to do my cardio on the spinning bike, doesn’t need a lot of space and very effective

    Great pull session , trained with a client of mine so we made a freestyle training, no logbook. Was such a cool session. No numbers just feeling the weight.
    Decided to give myself 2 rest days . Legs are still tired and today’s pull session was intense so just cardio, a lot of sleep and lots of stretching, my whole body hurts ???? !

    I switch between simple comedy series on Netflix and educational series , videos , logs here or on YouTube , always depends on how I feel ????

    What an unbelievable long day. I’m really tired and tomorrow I’ll have be at work early…don’t get me wrong I love my clients and my job, sometimes it’s just a little bit exhausting ???? especially after such a good leg session yesterday !
    Blood work is done, tomorrow pull !

    Early morning blood work done so now it’s time for cardio !
    Legs aren’t as beaten up as I thought ..hmm let’s see how they feel after a whole day of PTs ????

    Sunny weekend here in Vienna , big walk with the dog and fasted cardio , now I’m gonna train back and than my shift in the gym starts ! Just saw that the Ben weider classic showdate will be confirmed soon.. maybe we start to prep a little bit earlier than expected ? ????

    Nooope, just a cut because Stefan told me I’m too fat???? or let’s say he don’t want that I get too much bodyfat which would take longer to get rid off when I prep for a show .
    I don’t think that I’m mentally ready to prep for a show again this year. My last prep was mentally very exhausting and I stressed myself way too much so now we do a little cut, push again , recover and start my prep in the end of the year, goal is a pro show in the beginning of 2021 ????

    I often do pull ups for warm up or for back activation, if they are difficult for you I would add an resistance band to get more reps in and better contraction at the top

    LEGGGGGS today, had to switch because tomorrow I´ll have long day at work and this will not be funny when I train legs on the same day.
    so tomorrow will def be a rest day 🙂 I also get my blood work done, lets see if I´m healthy !

    Hi Jamie, you eat a lot of meat daily..which is not easy to digest and very filling.. Imo a little bit too much, I would reduce the amount a little bit and maybe add an shake in between meals or for pre workout, as example with rice milk, whey, fruits, instant oats and almond butter or coconut oil
    I would also double the fats in Meal 2 and Meal 6 if more calories are needed !

    Weird day, after work I tried to train (push), focus wasn’t good because of my wrist pain. Wasn’t as bad as last time but when things don’t work out like I want (during workout) I get upset real quick ???? After my warm up I decided to only use machines no free weights this time .
    Didn’t even try to progress on the smithmachine because I know this will be the death of my wrist ????‍♀️ sooo lighter weights and more reps .Post workout no pain ! That’s the only positive thing about today’s workout ????‍♀️????

    First day of my cut , starting weight 74,7kg pure mass ????
    Decided to not train today, my wrist is still a little bit itchy so it wouldn’t be a good idea to do a heavy push session. Rest and recover 🙂

I can not wait! bodybuilding to me is endless Goals if make sense, endless improvement. this on every aspect of my life.
