Hi Kelly ! I have seen you have tested ashwagandha tea. What’s your experience with this ? Recommendable ?

Instagram @lara_lein89Hi hi!! oh yes loving it is by PUKKA the one that I m having!! taste so good! there’s chamomile flower, lavander, hemp 6%(cannabis sativa), spearmint and ashwagandha 4%. it is called PEACE! the ashwagandha content is low but for all together i can say that it’s working. drinking post workout! I m going to do some research next maybe buy ashwagandha powder and make my own tea or something like this!! but keep the Pukka one anyway because it’s very nice!! love all of their teas!! sleep with this and not coffee is improved! but I was taking 750gr ashdawanda ksm66 + 500gr magnesium too already!! you can find on Amazon!!! x

Weekend of rest and recover has started, felt really tired in the morning so I started with fasted cardio and after that foam rolling, stomach vacuums and stretching 🙂
My hamstrings and glutes are still really tense so maybe I’ll add another 30mins of stretching !
Currently sitting at 73,3 kg (160cm) it’s not my heaviest weight but condition was never that good with this weight. Means I’m happy and I made progress during lockdown. Not expected that but we had the possibility to train with good equipment the last weeks !
Currently I haven’t planned to do a show in the next couple of months. I don’t feel ready yet, not in a physical way just mentally.follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

I don’t think there’s a special meal which is the best.. but I would recommend a pro/carb meal pre workout which is easy to digest for you. Personally I love sweets so I eat cream of rice with caramel iso whey, topped with a little bit of cocoa

Aaaaand it was a great rest day again, slept very well, fasted cardio, a big walk with Nori and Dinner in the sun, I really appreciate the little things a lot more since the quarantine.

My fav protein/fat meals are greek yoghurt with almonds/natural almondbutter, chicken with green veggies and avocado or whey with coconut oil 🙂

Push today! Tried to focus more on a long warm up and stretches between sets. I really do recognize that I gained weight on the right places but mobility suffers from that ????

???? day one without black coffee! truly inspired by you!!!!! pre stim power only!! how many grams of pre stim are you drinking to replace black coffee? … oh I didn’t realized how much give me bloating and bad digestion!! day 1 feel Wonderfully… ahah I m Italian and coffeee was kinda life lol these quarantine changes! oh happy for you that you are able to train properly and squatting heavily!!! we keep waiting that day!! x

Hi Jack ! Make sure your skin is hydrated, drink lots of water and stay away from direct sun exposure , use skin moisturizer every day, stop smoking and drinking alcohol (if u do)

Personally I made the mistake to not put them in my workout when I started training. I always trained my chest on machines/smithmachines because I was scared to injure myself / failing a rep and not be able to put the bar up again ! Due the current corona situation I started to bench press and it’s a really great exercise but I would not go as heavy as on a machine…
So higher risk of injuries & better progress on machines (when you already really strong ) could be the reason to not do them.. but for the majority def a good exercise!follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro
