rest day, just fasted cardio, dog walks and food prepping. tomorrow is Stefan´s birthday so we will have a good steak in our fav steakhouse. originally we have planned a small party in the garden of one of our friends but the weather will be shitty…ughhh..but I´m happy that we can go for a dinner, restaurants will be reopened tomorrow. mentally the current situation is still diffcult for me.. 8 weeks of not working in my job. I do have a routine, I´m able to train but I miss my work and my clients! two weeks left !

Sorry no rest day ????????
Slept about 9 hours, really deep and good so I felt ready for a push session, I had to take the opportunity to train because gyms are still not open and we had the chance to train in a private gym of a friend ????

You already know the basics like carbs around training, lower carbs on NTD and you already eat similar food daily, get all your protein in etc .. you know how much food you need and when. Eating intuitive is totally okay but most of the people aren’t able to do this without a nutrition guideline or tracking macros.

Hi Danny 🙂 your diet looks good to me only m7 is not optimal in my opinion, as you said more carbs around and during your training would be more effective and 500g of potatoes are also high in volume which could cause problems for your digestion and sleep.

Due the current situation worldwide it’s not so easy to plan but we 05/05/2021 is a cool date 🙂

There are no gender specific training methods necessary.
