    Push today, tried the new pump pre workout from trainedbyjp nutrition and I love it! I mixed it with the stim pre because I was a little bit tired, perfect combination ????
    Todays workout:
    Single arm side laterals (cable)
    Shoulderpress machine
    Incline smithmachine
    Kruzifix side lateral raises (cable)
    Dips
    Overhead tricepsextensions
    And some ab exercises

    Pull today, it was a good workout but sometimes my right hand is still weaker which is really annoying, I have to be very careful and watch what I’m doing.

    Hi Nathan ! Your goal is to gain some tissue and you’re in a good spot after this mini cut, don’t be afraid to gain a little bit of bodyfat, you’ll only get better if you give your body enough fuel to grow !

    Rest day, finally met my mum again after 10 weeks ???? so happy to see her again !
    I’m going up with food again, my body is ready to grow 🙂

    For sure ! Currently I take 2IU on rest days pre cardio and 4IU on training days (2 in the morning, 2 post workout )

    Hi Sayed! I’m with the majority here .. you are lean enough, there’s no reason to go lower!
    You have been in a deficit for a long time so I would increase calories slowly 🙂
    Don’t be afraid to gain weight it’s part of getting better 😉

    Absolutely genius leg day !
    Really focused on execution today , filmed myself to check form and made some changes!
    The goal is to get my hammies and adductors as big as my quads or maybe even bigger ????

    -adductor machine
    -seated single leg legcurls
    – smithmachine squats
    – horizontal legpress
    -standing legcurls
    – single legextensions
    – calve raises

    Rest day for me 🙂
    went for a short shopping trip and now watching some podcasts, trying to use my free time as good as possible , tomorrow legs !
    Weight is going up slowly again but shape is getting better, having access to a gym and switching supplements (GH) made a huge difference. I’m happy with the progress of my back never looked that good with 72kg

    We had the opportunity to train in a small gym of a friend, some cable towers, some DBs and barbells and I’m happy ????
    Tomorrow I’ll have to rest, upper body needs to recover

    slept like a baby today and had a really good pull session, between sets I have made some pics and my coach is happy how things are going =) yet I still don´t know when I´ll do my next show and I´m okay with that..it´s funny because everytime I don´t really care about that, everything runs much smoother (I tend to overthink and this makes me crazy I guess)
    so my goal is to gain as much tissue as possible the next couple of months, get married and than I´ll finally do my pro debut 🙂
