Push today, tried the new pump pre workout from trainedbyjp nutrition and I love it! I mixed it with the stim pre because I was a little bit tired, perfect combination ????
Todays workout:
Single arm side laterals (cable)
Shoulderpress machine
Incline smithmachine
Kruzifix side lateral raises (cable)
Dips
Overhead tricepsextensions

Pull today, it was a good workout but sometimes my right hand is still weaker which is really annoying, I have to be very careful and watch what I’m doing.

For sure ! Currently I take 2IU on rest days pre cardio and 4IU on training days (2 in the morning, 2 post workout )

You have been in a deficit for a long time so I would increase calories slowly 🙂

Really focused on execution today , filmed myself to check form and made some changes!
The goal is to get my hammies and adductors as big as my quads or maybe even bigger ????-adductor machine

went for a short shopping trip and now watching some podcasts, trying to use my free time as good as possible , tomorrow legs !

slept like a baby today and had a really good pull session, between sets I have made some pics and my coach is happy how things are going =) yet I still don´t know when I´ll do my next show and I´m okay with that..it´s funny because everytime I don´t really care about that, everything runs much smoother (I tend to overthink and this makes me crazy I guess)
