Hi Liam! this really depens on your training frequency but I would split this two exercices, maybe add a an incline movement instead !

totally smashed from yesterday, its def a new stimulus after this long time of not training with fitness equimpent, sleep could have also been better so today just resting, walks with the dog and a good nap 🙂

pre workout meal is in and later it´s time for a good leg session! focus is on hamstrings and glutes today 🙂
I have the opportunity to train with machines today so I´ll do
– glute ham raises (activation)
– standing legcurls
– hacksquats
– hip thrusts
– bulgarian split squats

Rest day ! Did my cardio and now it’s time to get some steps and fresh air 🙂 tomorrow the quarantine will end here in Austria .. hopefully with no comeback ????

Hi Dan, rice is totally okay! Personally I prefer sweet potatoes /potatoes for my post post workout meal with a fat source from avocados, tastes great and more filling

Personally I have my post workout 30-40 min after training but I have carbs during training …but it also depends on what I have trained and how long the session was, if I feel very hungry I eat straight after shower but there are also days when appetite is low so I wait a little bit longer.follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

Pull today ! First I was really not in the mood to train but as soon as my pre workout kicked in I was focused and had a really good workout !
Had the possibility to finally do deadlifts again, did them at the end of my workout and was really surprised that I didn’t lost any strength at all ( haven’t don’t deadlifts for about 2 months I guess)

I don’t think it makes any sense to say eat this or don’t eat that
as you said you are not on prep so I wouldn’t think too much about that, of course I would choose my fav meals/food and just enjoy my day 🙂 that’s not a tip how you can structure your day just be careful to not overeat/drink 🙂follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

Weight went up the last week so I decided to increase calories a little bit 🙂 not gonna lie beside my food I ate lots of sweets ???? so not sweets until weight drops a little bit 🙂
