Sunny weekend in Vienna, no training the whole weekend, just getting my cardio and some steps in 🙂 I´m constantly trying to stay busy but today I didn´t worked out very well, feeling a little bit lost since 80%of my work is cancelled but there are also good news. The austrian government has decided that gyms will be reopened in the end of May, I really expected that they will be closed until September so back to work and my normal training routine in one month 🙂

Hi Nigham! When u lower bodyfat you will def see a difference but beside that I would do exercises to strengthen the transverse abdominis muscle , vacuum exercises and planks in different variations will help !

Great cardio session in the morning, I had to cut coffee !! Yes, my stomach can’t handle coffee atm so I switched to the new stim pre workout from trainedbyjp nutrition. Just 5-6g just to wake up (I’m really no morning person)
Stomach is also totally okay with that ????
1h low intensity, watching some videos from my team members beside ???? perfect morning ????
Push session was okay, didn’t get my numbers on my working set (DB shoulderpress) but on the incline bench I’m getting stronger ! Finally! Chest/front delts are still weaker than the rest but I’m getting there ????

Thank u Jessy already feeling better :)I have troubles with my stomach for some years, sometimes more sometimes less, but eating more or different food after prep makes it even worse. It takes some weeks after every prep until it gets better. Doctor’s told me I have a crack on my stomach wall but it’s not big enough to fix it..I’m totally okay with that it’s just annoying sometimes ????????follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

Rest day 🙂 decided to fast in the morning which really helps me with my stomach issue . Did this in the past already so I know it works very well for me! I’m just trying to eat intuitive 🙂

Switched from 3 to 4 workouts so today just back & biceps
– rear delts (DB)
– pull ups (wide grip)
– db rows
– lat focused single arm rows
– undergrip latpulldown
– reverse curls
– conc curls
– reverse crunches / crunchesCurrently I’m using 30g of Sustain and 15g of MPS max for intra workout, 11g of stim pre workout and 100g of baby rice + 30g of iso whey for post workout !
All supps are from trainedbyjp nutrition, the new stim pre workout is one of my fav pre workout ever, good pump focus is great and no crash down post workout !
Currently I just track my food intake which is between 3500-3200 on training days and
3000-2800 on non training days
