    typical rest day for me, cardio, big walk with the dog, food shopping, meal prepping and later lower body mobility work! sounds boring but keeping routines like that helps me a lot to deal with the current situation.

    My calories are pretty low at the minute as I’m in a mini cut phase training day calories are 2,600 and rest days around 2000. My output on training days is 6000 steps as I walk to the gym and 30 min steady cardio on rest days.

    I would also suggest to increase steps first, imo 8000-10.000 should be no problem and wouldn’t affect recovery too much

    Upper body today :
    -DB shoulderpress
    -incline db press
    -side laterals
    -pull ups
    -single arm rows
    -overhead triceps extensions (ez bar)
    -ez bar curls
    -reverse crunches

    Exercise variety is limited but I’m working with what I have, slowly getting stronger in free push movements so even in this situation I can use my rebound very good.

    Weekend will be rest days to fully recover from the last two days 🙂

    Looks like you just need to lower bodyfat percentage and I would place vacuum exercises for more lower abdominal control

    great workout yesterday but legs are sore as hell so no cardio today even a little bit of cardio would help I decided to some mobility and stretching instead =), beside that dog walks are my new highlight of the day, it´s so beautiful atm in Vienna, clear sky, temperatures are going up but it´s not too hot, perfect!
    tomorrow full upper body and now time to get some good food in and relax!

    personally I would switch to a gym where equipment is better or join both for exercise variety. you can hit adductors also in an leg press ( single leg, wide stance), or with sumo deadlifts as example.

    finally legs again, equipment is still limited but rdls, squats, lunges are def possible! going for higher reps because
    well weights are also limited! cardio is already done , 60 min low intensity on the bike, dog walk and now pre workout food 🙂

    I often start with assisted scapula pull ups for my warm up/ activation and place weighted chin ups/pull ups later, free chin ups as warm up could also work but too preexhausting imo

    great upper body workout, did what is currently possible, I´m still limited with equipment but holding tissue very good.

    todays session:
    -DB shoulderpress (new PR, yesssss!=))
    -Bench Press,first time since 2018, felt weird when I started because of my right wrist, mobility is a still a little bit weaker from my surgery but my working sets went very well
    -Bent over barbell rows
    -Wide grip pull ups
    -Side lateral raises
    -Triceps extensions
    -Triceps overhead (DB)
    -Barbell Curls
    -Conc Curls

    fasted cardio in the morning + abs ( reverse crunches, crunches, ab wheel)

    rest day again!
    beautiful easter weekend weather here in Vienna, went for a run and a big walk in the sun with Stefan and our little doggo 🙂
    tommorrow big upper body session 🙂 can´t wait for the ne pre workout from trainedbyjp nutrition, totally love it, really good pump, good focus
    and no crash down post workout, this is how a pre workout should be!
