great session yesterday! for sure it´s not the same like in the gym but I´m holding tissue and strenght pretty good 🙂
– reverse flys (db)
– pullovers
– db rows
– seated row
– undergrip pulldown
– glute ham raises
– barbell lunges
– legcurls (resistance band)today is rest day and we went for a big walk with the dog, previous I also did fasted cardio on the bike (45min) =)

Take your time for your next show, I have to say this was the hardest prep I have ever done because I wasn’t ready mentally (only had two months off between the two preps)

stomach is still a little bit upset, so even if I´m hungry af I can´t eat how I used to atm..annoying!

So, rest day today. Currently on the spin bike getting the protocols done.
But…. woke up to my next show being postponed. No dates yet as to when but alas.
Right now I don’t know what to do. I have been dieting since before Christmas. Ideally, I think readjusting plans for a show in September/October would be best at this stage as I don’t want the disappointment of a show in July being postponed and wasting more time dieting.
So, the Amateur Olympia in Alicante September 5/6th would see me 21 weeks out. Finish my cycle at the 6 week mark as I have been on for 3 weeks I think now. 10 off. 8-10 on leading into the show.
Would really appreciate anyone’s thoughts here. ????_________________________________________

Hi Kate, to be honest I don’t think there will be any chance for a show in July but please don’t be too much frustrated about that! As you said September/October is totally realistic !

rest day for me, upper body is still pumped haha 🙂
I really feel how the body uses the higher macro intake so yesterdays workout was amazing.– warmed up with side laterals (3 sets)
– military press (4 sets)
– high incline db presses (4 sets)
– front raises combined with side lateral raises (3sets)
– triceps overhead extensions(3sets)
– triceps extensions (3 sets)
– concentraion curls (3 sets)
– hammer curls (3 sets)
– reverse crunches (3 sets)weight finally stalls (70 kg , 154lb) which is my feel good weight during improvement season

hey wesley! oh great you have everything you´ll need for a good improvement season!
yes we have also some equimpent, I´m really thankful for that because after my prep I wanted to make the most out of my rebound phase, I have planed to compete at the Weider Classic on 28th of March..which didn´t worked out unfortunately .. so I guess we are both in the same situation, coming from a diet and making the best out of this current situation.. and I have to say it´s going well 🙂

upper body today, since I reduced my training frequency I´m feeling way much better, today´s menu: shoulders, chest, arms ! let´s do this ! can´t wait =)
just ate my preworkout meal which is one of my fav meals since I started my bodybuilding journey..it´s cooked oats, eggwhites, berries and eggs! so delicious, I cook the oats with water in the microwave, add eggwhites, cook again half of the food sweet with berries the other half salty with an egg.

legs and glutes are soooo sore ! haha! missed that a lot 🙂 today is rest day, just some home office and I´ll clean Stefans car, its full of dust and hairs of our little dog, he cleaned it a loooooong time ago,I´m also thinking about color the corridor of our appartment..stuff I wouldn´t do normally BUT atm it´s totally okay!

leeeegs today, workout felt very good and this makes me happy =) , didn´t expect to have good workout because I woke up with bad headache but when I started to train it was gone ! tomorrow I´ll rest and clean Stefans car =) doing something useful helps me so much.

Glad you’re feeling a bit better Lara. It’s so difficult to stay positive right now. I’m having my ups and downs the last couple of days too. It feels like all of this is never ending but we will get through this and be stronger mentally when we do come through all of this ????
