I would place that meal post workout but this also depends on what you exactly want to eat. I always prefer high carb meals when I have a free meal which is a big bowl of cream of rice with lots of fruits, honey, rice coco milk and iso whey or sushi (I wouldn´t go for a meal which is high in fat for pwo..)

felt waaay much better today, no sore throat and I´m healthy, yesterdays pull session was also good soooo it´s a okay kind of day 😉
we went food shopping after cardio..really weird outside, like in a apocalypse movie.
from time to time I´m getting a little bit moody when I think I can´t handle it to stay at home all the time.. but than after a while it´s getting better again..ups and downs. the weather is beautiful outside and I´m a little bit sad that I can´t do whatever I want, okay let´s be honest it would be.. driving to the gym xD

Ah yes you also got a sand bag! I ordered a 20kg bag for waking lunges at home and maybe outside ! I added lunges to my jogging routine, legs are so sore and size didn’t change at all ????????

woke up with a sore throat today but I guess this comes from the fact that I my nose was completley blocked yesterday before I went to bed.
don´t feel sick, I just breath through my throat the whole night, hate that so much. was pissed as hell in the morning.
fasted cardio and writing some diet plans for clients.. trying to distract myself from bad feelings which constantly popping up, no worries I´m okay but being at home the whole day is really hard for me , I´m used to be with clients 6-7xa week.

Oh my goodness Lara thank you ???? I can’t believe that YOU are saying that! I’ll post my most recent ones now too.
I had one lesson with Cydney Gillian back in December so I’ve practicing what she thought me. I’ve actually been practising on my own since then, just trying pick bits and pieces from the professionals. Lots of videos, reviewing, tweaking etc. I think I need to book another posing lesson soon though ????_________________________________________

rest day for me, wasn´t really resting but no training 😉 fasted cardio in the morning, doing the household and finally had some online coaching stuff to do. I also went for a run to enjoy the fresh air and the sun. tomorrow I´ll do a quick pull session on empty stomach, lots of volume in a short time.

I think with a good set of db and barbells you can do a lot . You have to adapt much but for me this would be enough atm. I would def buy them if I had a garden or more space !

again beautiful weather here in Vienna, post cardio I went for a big walk with the dog, talked to my mum and had a late breakfast.
Currently working on my homepage and thinking about going more into online coaching, which is the only thing I can do atm.

sun was beautiful this morning so I decided to go with the dog first and enjoy the weather later.. sooo yes first time ever jogged alone.
lots of lunges and steps included 🙂 wow I´m going to be the fittest person on this planet 😉
after cardio and a coffee (coffee always post cardio because my stomach can´t handle that .. argh) there´s just one good thing about that , you run a little bit faster because coffee waits at home) I had my first meal , eggs on eggwhites on oats ! delicious!
also did some home office today, wup, not much but it´s okay for now beneath the fact that I´m self employed I also work as a Personal Trainer in a gym (actually the gym in which I also train) so I have some resources. The government here in Austria also supports small business owner like me, I´m really thankful for that.
Also had a short push session at home, the new DBs helped a lot, hopefully I´m sore af tommorrow, really miss this feeling, call me crazy but´s just the truth =)follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

back and biceps today, DB arrived but for sure its still not the same because I´ll need a little bit more weight BUT I added resistance bands to some exercices and it felt great 🙂 did cardio on the bike also but atm it´s just a thing for me to spent time effective ..it´s really not necessary to do such a amount of cardio but I have time 😉
date night with my husband to be, we decided to cook together and enjoy a good movie =)

Rest day for me 🙂
Means just fasted liss cardio in the morning and two walks with the dog ! Talked to my mother for hours on the phone, she was in Peru the last three weeks and she got home with one of the last evacuation flights. I’m so happy she’s back, we didn’t thought that she could come back because all flights were cancelled.
She has to stay in quarantine for 2 weeks, means she’s not even allowed to leave the Appartement which is really hard but necessary.. but she’s good and I’ll help her in every single way possible.
