since everday is like the weekend I have to say.. nothing really special happened today 😉
keeping my output high and eating lots of good food , Stefan cooks everday fresh and after this months of prep this is just food heaven 😉 I love to eat whole foods even in offseason, just a little bit more of it and maybe adding some things which are def not in my prep diet (light cream cheese, ham and toast)
yesterday he cooked chicken curry with fresh veggies, today selfmade bolognese with veggies and lean minced beef in both meals I add potatoes because my stomach is always a little bit upset after prep.. and potatoes help a lot when you have heartburn 24/7 for two weeks, no worries it always have this after prep 🙂
Also did a push home workout and cardio on the bike ! Ah and we went food shopping, never ever thought this could be a highlight of my day xDfollow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

really beautiful day here in Vienna, went for a run with the doggo , eat a big healthy breakfast and felt asleep right after it xD ..
as I said I need more structure in my home workouts I decided to do LEGS, Glutes and Biceps (as good as possible with nearly no equipment) today.
another great news, I get some financial support from the government which takes a lot of pressure from me ! really really happy about that ????
as some of you know I started my business as a coach/ personal trainer in the beginning of this month.. and now everything is shut down xD great timinig!!xD but there are so many people affected by this so no complaining about that !

when u want to achieve a very low bodyfat you can inhibit hunger with adding high fibre foods to your diet,staying hydrated , eating high volume food but at a certain point you´ll be hungry so it´s more a mind challange. focus on the end goal and enjoy the process 🙂

Heyooo everyone ! Hope everyone is okay 🙂
Fasted cardio in the morning and after that a short home workout again 🙂 ordered a barbell and some dumbbells to do something different , resistance bands are getting annoying ????
Went for food shopping and had a great nap after that , I’m really not that person who sleeps during the day but I was tired so why not ????Currently I have no routine In my workouts because they are really not that intense how they used to be but I will change that when my new equipment arrives ????

are u still allowed to leave the house to go to the gym? I know its a gym of your friend but here in Austria there are police sections which
control people , means you´re only allowed to go food shopping and if necessary drive to work .. a friend of mine has also a gym where I could train but the government is very strict about going out for “unnecessary” reasons 😀follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

Hi Evan, skipping is very exhausting especially for people who carry a lot of muscles, means recovery could suffer and because of that also the performance in the gym..that´s why most of them prefer lower intensity cardio. Personally I would do it only for a warm up pre workout and switch to an indoor bike for my cardio.

hey world 😉 decided to rest a little bit today, after fasted cardio on the bike just a walk with my dog, breakfast and played on the computer just for fun, really weird for me but it helps to get my mind clear 🙂
Later I´m gonna clean up the whole kitchen, call me crazy but this is something I really love to do (when there is time)

Did exactly the same things as yesterday but wuhuuu we got our pull up bar so I could add some new exercises like pull ups in different variations with and without resistance bands , hanging leg raises , pullovers with resistance band, rear delts-upper back row with resistance band )
And triceps extensions (resistance band) to my routine 🙂
Felt good and I guess I’ll be a little bit sore tomorrow, yes of course it’s just to get a stimulus and blood flow but I also get my mind free during this time so it’s definitely worth it 🙂follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

Wuppp nice day, woke up and felt happy again, the only thing I really miss is to train how I used to but this is not the end of the world !

After yesterday’s full rest day I had a lot of energy today soooo I went running .. yes that’s right not walking .. running and it felt so damn good, for sure I’m not a sprinter but listen to music while the sun shines in your face and fresh air in your lungs.. that’s just perfect ????
Also did a full body workout at home, just for fun ????

I guess the Olympia is not going to happen because most of the qualifiers are canceled..
Lot of people asked me if I compete later this year but to be honest it’s going to be difficult to find a show .. so this means 2021 if everything is going well.
