    Continue with your normal routine but with less intensity than usually , 70-80% of your normal load after some sessions I would go back to training how u used to do

    After yesterday’s full rest day I had a lot of energy today soooo I went running .. yes that’s right not walking .. running and it felt so damn good, for sure I’m not a sprinter but listen to music while the sun shines in your face and fresh air in your lungs.. that’s just perfect 🙂
    Also did a full body workout at home, just for fun 🙂

    Decided to chill the whole day, just morning cardio big walk with the doggo and some sweet treats on the couch.
    Felt really tired today since I’m doing a lot more cardio than I used to. So it’s a real rest day since weeks ????

    Slowly I’m accepting the fact that everything has changed in such a short time . I’m happy to be healthy and with my little family ❤️

    Some sorts of tea have great benefits on our health. Fruit and herbal tea could help with digestive problems, they are antibacterial, detoxing and contain a lot of antioxidants. Black tea or matcha tea contain also a lot of caffeine so this could be also an alternative to coffee 🙂

    I love to add ginger and honey to my tea which also contains a lot of health benefits:)

    I would use this time as an regeneration phase where u lower drugs and keep an eye on food and daily output this will give you a good foundation when it’s time to push again (hopefully soon 😉 )

    Staying at home , doing some cardio, short home workout, cooking , eating, resting and ordered stuff from amazon because I’m bored af ????

    As Stefan said the gyms will be closed at least until end of April , this is not easy for everyone who loves to train but we can’t chance this circumstances ,make the best out of this, take a step back and see it as a recovery phase

    Day 3 at home, well woke up a little bit happier today, it’s very hard for me to calm down and ‘enjoy’ the free time I have now especially after this prep..but I’m getting better in this ???? and that’s all that matters !

    Fasted cardio in the morning, big walk with the doggo and food shopping which was really weird, everyone wears gloves and looked nervous .

    Decided to change my meal timing and portions a little bit
    I recognized when I’m not training and not on the road the whole day I’m totally happy with 3-4 bigger meals ..
    currently I have no diet plan, means I eat intuitive and at the end of the day I count my macros with an app.. for sure I eat 40-50g of protein the rest are complex carbs and good fats 🙂

    This method worked very well during the time when I broke my wrist and wasn’t able to train for more than 3 months .. so it will work again and I can eat whatever I want .. that does not mean I eat shitty food just more possibilities which is very important for me after a prep 🙂

    Later it’s time for a short home workout, just to move a little bit and get rid of my energy 🙂

    Hi @lara-tasharofi … it’s very frustrating – especially when you use exercise as a way to escape all of this mayhem. ????
    Today I am traveling back home leaving work. I will be helping out on the farm because my father is a high risk patient for getting this virus. My friend has a home gym set up that I can utilize and I have a machine I can use for cardio.
    I will not give up. I am not quitting.
    I’m scared. But I’m strong and we can all over come this horrible situation. I hope you’re safe and healthy Lara ????

    Good to hear you’re okay , great you can help your family during those times and if you have access to a small gym that sounds perfect ! For sure it’s not the same but better than nothing !!

    Day 2 at home, not gonna lie, I was really pissed in the morning, I love my morning and training routine and when this falls apart I’m a moody little monster ????
    Did cardio fasted on the bike, went with our little chihuahua for a big walk , later breakfast and after that I felt asleep again , really don’t know why I guess I was so tired from the ton of carbs ???? uppss????
    In the evening I did a short full body workout which is def not the style of training I like but better than nothing ????
    Thaaaan again big walk with the dog and cleaned up the whole flat .
    To sum it up I guess I was productive but I want my life back ????????

    Sounds great that regeneration! … Ahah the only way to (relatively) rest! ❤️????????… I m sure that it’s something out of comfort zone…???? I will punching the wall in case… some boxing could be fun (kidding) but What I noticed that there’s more humanity around! At least in my gym… ahah I mean my second home! And Here we keep going! We don’t know tomorrow!! I m going not to lie family, friends and clients in Italy that keep me asking about masks…if I stay at home, sending statistics…. politics stuff ????…
    Just let you know that I performed unilateral raise on the machine…my delts thank you! ✌???? Crazy how much I can lift more and I m sure that form is better! Thanks!!!!!!!

    Hey Jessy! Please be careful, they will close the gyms soon and I hope you stay healthy during those times! Until that smash it ????????????
    Yes the unilateral side raises are on of my fav delt exercises, really good for isolating the side delts !

    First day at home 🙂
    Did cardio and post breakfast some upper body exercises with resistance bands , felt weird at the beginning but it was nice to move a little bit . Later dog walk, cooking, home office work and waiting for Stefan to come home. Sounds boring but it really wasn’t !
    I trained the last three days in a row so my body and mind is okay with that ????????
