    Thank you @lara-tasharofi … Ireland is shut down as of this morning. Every gym in the country is closed. I’m at a loss for words. I don’t know what to do ????

    Yes Kate same situation here in Austria .. frustrating during prep but def necessary when we want our normal life as soon as possible back.
    I would go on with the prep, there are enough weeks left maybe the situation gets better in time.. or what are your thoughts on this ?

    Hello world 🙂 weird times atm, today will be the last leg session for unknown time.. to be honest it’s okay for me, my body is tired from prep but hopefully the gym opens again in a couple weeks ..
    i want to rest for 10-14 days and focus on new goals meanwhile 🙂

    Nice pull session today , nothing fancy just going to the gym and have fun. Now it’s time to take a step back, enjoying food a little bit and focusing on the next goals . For sure I’m still pissed off but I can’t change a thing, so I’m trying to accept that and move on ????

    Yes we planned that but because of the current situation in Europe and the increasing of the virus in Austria I’ll not be able to compete in London .. very sad day. I’m so upset but health and security is more important than a show.

    Hey Jessy ! Thank u I’m feeling already better than yesterday , yes the worlds a mess right now but I see this as an experience, now I know no matter how hard it gets I can deal with that !

    It’s official, I’ll will not compete at the Ben weider classic , the risks are too high. I’m so sad and disappointed but as I said in my Instagram post, health and security comes first ..

    hey jake, as some of us mentioned it´s better to seperate cardio from weight training but when it´s not possible to change that I would do max 30 min post workout or increase my daily output

    Another day another weight drop ???? no seriously it’s not only about the weight, condition is getting better and hopefully it will go on like this, body is really empty and my coach ordered me a small carp up tomorrow (400g extra carbs) to fill out and see how my body looks 🙂
    Rest day for me, yesterday I had a massage for my tense back and voila after 2 weeks it’s getting finally better ????
    Today I’ll see my chiropractor because my spine is a little bit in trouble, after that some PTs at work. These are my last days where I coach 1;1 because of the fucking virus. Everyone goes cray

    Hey Philipp 🙂 what happened ?
    I had a complicated fracture on my wrist in the end of 2018. first of all do what your doctor says and take some time off from the gym !
    I wasn’t able to train my upper body for more than 3 months after that I slowly started with exercises from my physiotherapist and after that I was allowed to train again.
    During this time it should be no problem to train legs, exercises like leg press, leg extension, leg curls , lunges, smithmachine squats are possible to do.
    I did legs every third day but as you can imagine intensity wasn’t that high.

    ???? Total horizontal life experience lately!
    …I did not soo much Tday! Just hitting my step to the bod treat clinic (checked if I m still straight ahah and deep massage on upper only, I wanted it stay forever endless…get used to princess diva things) always my cucumbers date eheh and got creative skin care glow… Added oats to my mix! And hot bath! This time not milky but I will asap again! Oats milk maybe!! Homemade my time relaxing placebo effect!!! I m using oliv oil as cream too..in case you got some more in your kitchen… (lol pure country side girl ????????‍????) just My quads and hams are screaming of joy! So I need to report that we are happy!
    Half check in form completed as y all know TMRW is check in day, intra already in my gym bag, usually my log book is a 1hr before gym task…ahah avoid to dream of my sets!!! A Lil strategic! Before bed some fun jumping on foam roll! it was my day! ahah a regular lazy Day X
