I hold a lot of water in my lower body but we still don’t know why (never had this problem) but it’s gettin better every day, got another cut, yes no carbs on rest days which is really new to me but I do whatever it takes to get those striated glutes ????
Pull workout was okay, I regocnized a little drop of strength which is totally okay for me now. Tomorrow legs ???? this will be fun

Yes more fats in the plan but also lowered calories, on training days only post workout so my breakfast is beef with asparagus and almonds ???? love it but still miss my oats ????

I wouldn’t go for calories during cardio instead watch your heart rate ( 120-130)

Just finished my morning rest day cardio. Ball of sweat ????????
Had a decent leg session yesterday- I thought I had only matched last rotations numbers but I actually beat them all! after checking post training. (New logbook so I’m trying to cross over my numbers onto it at the moment)
Food is low – and I’m in awe at how my strength is holding up. Upper body is getting a little weaker but I’m putting that down to my pec problem. Currently have the tens machine going ON IT as I sip my morning coffee.
Quite scared atm because of this coronavirus and that my show will be canceled… genuine fear right now. But, well keep ticking on. I’ll go virus or no virus ????_________________________________________

So after my deep tissue massage I had a really horrible night .. my whole back was fucked up but now it’s get better and better.
Of course I did not train today and if it still hurts tomorrow I’ll take a second day off . If it’s okay than a light push session 🙂

I would increase cardio first, if possible split it from weight training maybe fasted in the morning and watch your daily steps, as example 10,000 steps a day as a minimum

Had a great leg session fasted in the morning, after that PT and off home.. later I’ll have a deep tissue massage and hopefully my tense traps will be better after it ????
