    check in things! Popping some delts here! Btw LOL ING I m really smashed and my teres major still screaming a little! Being proactive here and well little frustrated tooo .. BUT I won’t make things worst so today my bod said imma gonna rest!!
    It’s lower body but still lifting some biscuits with my upper anyway to load machine up…so me and my rational we think that we can train lower Tomorrow or Saturday…and skip 1 session of upper this week!! I am not injured I went to the physio that confirmed that I m okay but you know when you should just shut up and listen to your body! ???? Going to the gym anyway for some bod treat (lacrosse ball on the wall, foam rolling fun) ahah if you can call it in this way!! All the shades of red on my face!! Nice and colorful plan!! ????

    Haha yeah Kelly I’m with you, my upper body screams rest after today’s push session !

    Imo this depends on how much time you have left and how you look/ body composition when you start . Loosing too much weight in a short time could cause lack of performance during your workout and you’ll lose tissue

    Hi there @jade-kelsie
    Cardio is 30 mins of either stairmaster or elliptical x4/week.
    On off days I aim for 6,000 steps but I am increasing that to 8,000 from today.
    Weight training is an upper/lower approach with a lower volume set up. Strength is improving on a weekly basis at this point.
    No fat burning supplements etc being used

    Hey Drew, I would increase output once again, 6x 40 min but make sure to separate cardio from weight training

    Been up since 5 in the morning , really not my time but fasted cardio was on the menu (stairmaster) later some PTs and dental treatment where I nearly fell asleep ????
    Rest day, calories are low but now we are counting 25days out !

    Woke up with a extreme tight neck, it has been tense since days and training upper body doesn’t make it better ????
    Posing is nearly impossible ????
    Hate it but upper body needs rest now !

    ahah maybe switching to unilateral work as you are doing on machine raise! could be helpful to progress… just saw your video! I found the pads on machine very far one to other for my arms ???? do one at once is maybe better and prob solve this?! X

    Yes I do them very often unilateral because I’m to tiny to fill out the frame of the machine , Hope this makes sense ? My English should be better ????

    Good push session today, felt strong even weight went down again and cardio is still high (50-60 min every day)

    @lara-tasharofi love the mix of colours of the suit! you will go with full Swarovski? or mixed crystal! ahah just asking… maybe I will go for level 3 only to keep the budget raisonable!! do you think that it is soo necessary to go level 5 and spend £450? anyway i saw your back pose on stage, it was outstanding! just the best on stage!! upper and lower beautiful!!! so full and your POS was classy! X

    I don’t think it’s necessary to have a bikini which is full of Swarovski stones but this time I decided to get a full stoned one just because I really love the look and my budget allows it to invest in such a bikini ????????

    My physio session yesterday was INCREDIBLE. The most pain I have been in, in a long time, but damn do I feel like new human. I feel like I’ve been given a new body- one that works ????
    Today- my first training session back after the week and HOLY CRAP. I can squat? I can move weights, I can walk around, without pain? This is insane ???? I’m so happy right now. Everything just felt SO good. Movements felt smooth, strong and controlled. I didn’t feel like my joints were going to explode. Hit all my numbers from last rotation and progressed in one exercise so I am
