    I wouldn’t take a complete month of from lifting, reducing frequency should help, 3x a week full body for the next 3 weeks

    Late leg session today ! Well it’s not late but usually I train post breakfast ????
    Good workout, RDLs are feeling good again and I did 160kg x6 without any lower back troubles 🙂

    crazy how fast the time is going!
    do you usually auto regulate your training days in sync with how you feel?
    do you do this in both off season and prep? or mainly just prep?

    My current split is push/pull/legs/off and if needed a second day off . Since my workouts getting intenser and I’m getting stronger I insert an extra rest day depending on how I feel. I’m doing this in offseason and prep ????

    Pull today but first I got 2 pts, a posing session with two clients and some check ins of course .
    On such days I really need to find my focus again when it’s my time to train not easy but I’m getting better in this ????

    Ohhh off from the game till Monday!
    Today was a scheduled one! I was supposed to train on Saturday but my upper bod said, “nah issa rest day”, I’m just listening!
    And ahah such a mental conflict! THE MISTERY OF REST DAYS! if you know you know! LOL
    However a relative rest! Ahah I can not stay away too much from the gym! So off for some POS Tod! With and out heels! And Tmrw toooooo! And on Sunday POS workshop in Kent! ???? X

    I guess everyone who loves training knows the problem ????Especially during diet there is more free time and less food ???? but you know Kelly these breaks will help your body to grow and recover for the next big session ????

    Two really needed rest days are over and now it’s finally time to train again 🙂

    When condition stays like this I see no problem in keep going, this means when bodyfat percentage stays where it’s now 🙂 stay on track with your daily intake, if bodyfat goes up a mini cut of 4-6 weeks will help you

    Rest day again!
    Yep I’m sitting on the bike again, trying to fast as long as possible in the morning .
    Talked to my coach today, we will cut calories a little bit again wuhuu let’s see what’s happening ????

    Hi Stuart! a good physiotherapist will help you a lot, my husband to be had a lot of troubles with his knees the last year.
    Actually his problems came from years of not training properly. Now he has to start from the beginning with a different foot position and
    higher reps, which works really well !

    so I have to switch things up yesterday, means I trained yesterday and today is rest day because I had a really good deep tissue massage!
    My right forearm, triceps and traps are really tense , most of the tension comes still from my right hand ( I had a surgery there after an boxing accident )
    Massages, cupping, stretching, mobility work are necessary, I guess without I could barley move right !

    tomorrow will be also a rest day. my body really needs that atm
