everyone has a different pain barrier and deep tissue massage are very painful especially during offseason, to be honest I cried once during a deep tissue massage but it was necessary and it felt good on the next day

The day after leg day is always a little bit challenging, felt super tired today but still managed to visit a workshop for my self employment!
Tomorrow I have no clients or appointments so yay free Friday (I have to work on Saturday and Sunday ????)
