    Meditating before sesh and targeting some move seems an effective strategy! Today sesh went like this!

    Raise cable stayed on my last pb but I performed more reps! 3plates! High Incline DB press was on high note! Try new numbers and I did not get all reps 1st attempt, tried again and 10 in the book! Yeeeeep! Triceps I m at 5plates now, keeping an okay execution! And so New number as well here! Lat pulldown was awesome! hitting 7plates and finally! T-bar tried different numbers before feel it as an effort! So after several additional biscuits I found the tricky number! … and want more here! Mid back additional 2 plates!!! Ohh seems too good!!!!! In summary …ah I want more! Funny yes! Now never is enough!!!!

    However really Happy gal, ohh Tmrw rest, blood test, posing and filming! But I must lazin to get ready for my lower on Thursday BC ham and booty are in a nice mess!!!!.. X

    Felt a little bit exhausted in the morning so I switched from cardio to stretching and vacuum exercises. Sometimes doing less or smth else is way more productive than we think.
    Had a good pull session later, appetite went down which helps me a lot to be more focused. I hate to be hungry and Iโ€™m very fast very hungry , unfortunately ????

    Greek yoghurt with oats & fruits and almond butter
    Chicken and rice ,
    Ricecakes / corn waffles with cottage cheese or ham (low fat) ,
    Porridge with whey

    It has been a busy Monday for me.. cardio, breakfast, dog , push session and 6 PTs back on back.. had two short breaks where I managed to eat ๐Ÿ™‚

    I only tried the digestive enzymes from GN (genetic nutrition) and they do their job but as it has been said choosing the right food will be more beneficial ๐Ÿ™‚

    Rest day for me, weight went down again, currently sitting at 72,8 kg,
    Iโ€™m not gonna lie, the first week of prep is over and Iโ€™m feeling already very hungry, I guess my metabolism works very well atm food was very high during the last two months and know the 2900/2400 calories which Iโ€™m currently eating feel like 1500 or less ????????

    -adductor machine (85×8,95×6,105×6)
    -RDLs (140×8,160×6)
    -hip thrusts (140×8,170×8)
    -single leg legpress (110×8)
    -reverse lunges (80×10, 100×6)
    -lying legcurls
    -seated calve raises

    Hey Stu, no worries about that we all have workouts where strength isnโ€™t as good as the weeks, months before.

    Am quite happy how things are going at the moment. Had check in with Stefan on Wednesday on he was pleased with my condition. Results of blood are real good so we move from cruise to blast phase.
