Hey Jessy! I struggle very often with machines which are too big for me ???? had the same problem with an very old chest supported tbar row from gym80 , I put two big plates on the floor to get the right position, I don’t know the Atlantis row but you can also switch to seal rows

Slept for 11-12 hours I guess ???????? my CNS is/was completely fucked after yesterday’s leg workout but today I feel way much better ☺️
Yesterday’s workout:
-Seated Calve raises (90×6, 80×10)
-adductor machine (95×8, 85×10)
-RDLs (100×10, 180×4, 140×8)
-standing legcurls (40×8,45×6)
-reverse banded hacksquat (230×10,260×8)
-single leg legpress (90×8, 100×6)
-glute ham raises ( 3×10)
-glute kick backs (8-12reps)Today’s rest day, we have to go to the vet again because our little dog has still problems with his knee ????

Hey Isaac, I have had cramps in my arms post workout several times I made the mistake to not drink enough before I start my workout, make sure you are hydrated, salt your meals and maybe stretch your upper body carefully post workout

Second day of in thermal spring, we had a really nice breakfast which also included some pancakes with a ton of maple sirup but who cares especially when you know that in a couple of days the food coma will be history ????

You are doing full range of motion or just on the top range? …. Do you think that it is more effective to work more on the top position.. do you go “ahhh kind of light more reps?”
Since few weeks I m performing on hiptrust machine and well I can not load as BB classic hiptrust, which actually I don’t on bench it on step up because I m a short girl! ????

I’m always doing full range of motion, reps between 6-10, this works very well for me. I’m doing bb hip thrusts but we have a nice setup to perform this exercise with a bb , I’m also very short (160cm ????)
