    Hey Jessy! I struggle very often with machines which are too big for me ???? had the same problem with an very old chest supported tbar row from gym80 , I put two big plates on the floor to get the right position, I don’t know the Atlantis row but you can also switch to seal rows

    Currently I’m sitting on the bike , first cardio session in a week, but I guess it’s okay when diet starts in a week ????
    I’m doing my cardio in offseason for health and appetite
    Today I’ll train legs with my future husband @wotti ☺️

    Slept for 11-12 hours I guess ???????? my CNS is/was completely fucked after yesterday’s leg workout but today I feel way much better ☺️
    Yesterday’s workout:
    -Seated Calve raises (90×6, 80×10)
    -adductor machine (95×8, 85×10)
    -RDLs (100×10, 180×4, 140×8)
    -standing legcurls (40×8,45×6)
    -reverse banded hacksquat (230×10,260×8)
    -single leg legpress (90×8, 100×6)
    -glute ham raises ( 3×10)
    -glute kick backs (8-12reps)

    Today’s rest day, we have to go to the vet again because our little dog has still problems with his knee ????

    -isolateral high row ( single arm ) focusing on lower lats
    -chest supported tbar
    -cable rows
    -latpulldown

    These guys are genetic freaks with a lot of strength and experience in this sport.
    Doing a movement with shitty form will def not help you to progress ! Getting stronger with the right execution is the key to progress

    Hey Isaac, I have had cramps in my arms post workout several times I made the mistake to not drink enough before I start my workout, make sure you are hydrated, salt your meals and maybe stretch your upper body carefully post workout

    Hello woooorld 🙂
    Second day of in thermal spring, we had a really nice breakfast which also included some pancakes with a ton of maple sirup but who cares especially when you know that in a couple of days the food coma will be history ????
    Taking time off from training especially after the last two sessions which were very intense is necessary. In the past I made the mistake to not recover enough but since I changed that I made a serious progress 🙂

    Rest day for me because we are in a thermal spring for the next two days . Enjoying food and life after a week full of work and progress ????
    Met my coach @stefan earlier today for a short check in ! He’s very happy with my current shape. Can’t wait for my next adventure ! Pro debut in UK ????????

    You are doing full range of motion or just on the top range? …. Do you think that it is more effective to work more on the top position.. do you go “ahhh kind of light more reps?”
    Since few weeks I m performing on hiptrust machine and well I can not load as BB classic hiptrust, which actually I don’t on bench it on step up because I m a short girl! ????

    I’m always doing full range of motion, reps between 6-10, this works very well for me. I’m doing bb hip thrusts but we have a nice setup to perform this exercise with a bb , I’m also very short (160cm ????)
    Started to do this exercise during my last prep and I made serious glute progress ????????????

    Never done this but sometimes in prep I eat my first meal very late so I fast 10-11 hours, but I only do this to feel less hungry at the end of the day ????

    Training frequency always depends on your recovery, training twice a day is for the majority of the people not suitable .
