Did pull today because my legs felt tired and weak.. don’t worry guys this is no excuse but sometimes listening to your body is better. I want to bring the best package possible to my pro debut and I have a couple of weeks left , so putting everything into my workouts is priority 🙂

Good workout but I recognized that my right chest , front delt is still weaker and stability could be better, did db incline presses a movement which I kicked out of my training schedule after my surgery. Hey Corinne, hey Lara!
First of all thanks for the nice welcome. Stefan and myself decided to do only the autumn season. This will give me time to make my muscles grow and work on weaknesses. First thing to do is bloodwork next week and then we will decide which gear we will use and how much.
There are 2 shows I will definitely compete in, the Austrian open and nabba european championships._________________________________________

Back to life , jk but yesterday’s leg session was intense 🙂
Slept like a baby, I guess more than 10hours, did cardio in the morning, vacuum exercises and later some stretching, now I’m feeling better !
I’m always very hungry the day after such a big session so I eat whenever I feel like my body needs food

Decided to do lower body, yesterday’s push session was heavy 😀
Today’s workout:
-lying single leg legcurls
-near stance hacksquats
-RDLs
-single leg legpress
-lunges
-adductor machine
-glute ham raisesCurrently I’m taking 2caps of HALYCON and 2caps of Insure from trainedbyjp nutrition with my post workout meal !
Pwo meal :
100g cream of rice
40g iso whey (currently the is whey from Yamamoto but can’t wait to try the upcoming iso whey from trainedbyjp nutrition ????)I’m pretty happy with my progress atm , tomorrow rest, time to grow 🙂
