@lara-tasharofi hiya Lara. Thanks for popping in ???? so, main goal is I need more muscle… period. Very happy with the package this year, but going to focus on improvements in 2020. Also, I am getting married so will be focusing on that. Got to enjoy the cake and meal testing right?

I struggled a lot in the past to develop my side delts, no matter which exercise you do, you have to understand what you are exactly doing, at the point when I started to actually move the weight nearly only with my side delts they have grown a lot 😉

Rest day again, just cardio and some PTs. decided to give my body two days of recovery to make sure I beat all my lifts tomorrow and und Sunday !

Doing side laterals raises for a better connection makes sense but I wouldn’t go to failure before a compound movement

If there is no other option for you to reach your protein intake than it’s totally okay only in meal 6 I would cut the whey and add eggwhites or greek yoghurt to my oats
