Hey Sam ! Today was a really great pull session and these two days where though (low calories, too much time ) but def worth it !
The wardrobe is SO COOL a big mirror in our home office could not ask for more during prep
You will def have a great leg session tomorrow, which exercises are planned ?

Low calories are no excuse – if you want it, you will get it! You know the TrainedbyJP mantra by now.
I trained legs yesterday as that was my first day back. Full breakdown in the log of course ???? but a really good session – hacks and leg press were the main compounds. I have a Watson hack squat at my gym, terrible machine haha. How did your leg session go today?
So this new wardrobe sounds like an absolute game changer! Might want to keep it to yourself, lest your rival competitors catch on.

what a great day, trained legs with a friend, got my new competition bikini (and for the first time in my life it fits perfect) and met my mother for a coffee and a good talk 🙂

On training days I would cut carbs from meal 5 if necessary and on rest days also but only when weight is stalling for a longer time !

hey everyone aaagain!
Had a great pull session today and strength is still very good even the last two days where low in calories and I walked a million steps I guess
but the deep tissue massage helped me a lot. I feel recovered and ready for the next workouts. As I said I will post some pictures to compare them with

Strength is still very good and today’s and tomorrow’s rest day is really needed. I always recognize how tired I’m really when I rest for at least one day
I‘m still waiting for my hamstrings to get leaner but it’s just a matter of time until they‘ll show up !How are u doing ?
That’s great to hear – absolutely smashing it so far Lara! I am in complete agreement with you here. This week I have felt lethargic as hell because I have been resting. I prefer to be on the go as I believe whatever you do with your body is how it will respond. Sounds obvious, but if I have a complete day at home then I feel far more fatigued than if I had done a leg session and 10,000 steps that day. I believe your body adjusts to what it pertains is required i.e. sitting around demands much less so your body almost goes into standby mode. Sounds completely the opposite of what it should be.
I can see those hammies wanting to burst out! Give them time, you know they’re there. Must be tripping over them daily as they’re hanging so low!
Yeah I’m well thank you. Nearly through the first week of post show and it is a weird sensation. Back to training today so looking forward to the structure again. Haven’t trained legs for two weeks s going to be interesting haha.
How’s the new wardrobe? Are you and Wotti fighting to pose in front of the mirrors haha?

SLIGHTLY going up with carbs on days when you play rugby isn´t a bad idea but it will still affect your performance during your workout!
