    Hey everyone!
    Second rest day for me , feeling tired but okay , didn’t work today because we got a new wardrobe with big mirrors on the front (can’t wait to pose in front of them ????) , I also had an cosmetic appointment and now I‘m off for a deep tissue massage ????????

    Set some goals which really make u happy for a long term,!
    Write them down and take every day as a step forward to that goal! This really helps

    You can change several things so your appetite will be better in the morning, less food for the last meal, fasted cardio in the morning, eat later ( I often eat 1,5h after waking up)or you can do it like my big men @wotti oats, whey, ricemilk, almondbutter in a blender, way much easier than eating 🙂

    All caught up with your log and was a good read ☺ strength has been insane. How’s it looking currently?

    Physique is on point and density is unreal – that shot from the back, wow! Entire posterior chain is thick.

    So you haven’t mentioned protein pancakes for a while? Still in your diet with the berries?

    Sounds like a nice chill day today, just some admin bits to ride you over.

    Strength is still very good and today’s and tomorrow’s rest day is really needed. I always recognize how tired I’m really when I rest for at least one day ????
    I‘m still waiting for my hamstrings to get leaner but it’s just a matter of time until they‘ll show up !

    Hey Lara,

    Yeah. I still got quite few more shows but my last show is on October 13th so less than 9 weeks to go.

    It’s been a real challenge this year and a real good experience of course. I’ve learnt a lot of things that life didn’t teach me so it’s a win still. The only thing that I miss is food but that’s always gonna be there when I’m finished competing.

    I think this is really person dependent , I need at least 8 h to feel really recovered but I know a lot of people how sleep less than me 😉
    Its important that the quality of your sleep is good and when you have the opportunity to take a nap during the day than go for it!

    as it has been said maybe start with the overhead movement or add it to another rotation ( one focused on chest the other on shoulders)
    both worked well for me!

    rest day today, just cardio, working on new trainings schedules for my clients and later off to work for some PT´s! maybe some posing at work when some time is left 🙂

    during my diet I always eat oats and eggwhites for breakfast (more volume)
    put the double amount of water into your oats and cook it in the microwave, you have to do this 3-4x for 2 min, when the oats are soaked up add some eggwhites and again 2min in the microwave, mix it up with some berries and almondbutter or salty with two whole eggs 🙂 this will def help

    30 min cardio on empty stomach and a strong push session in my new fav gym ! life could be worse 😉
    next two days I´m gonna rest from training, rest days are low in calories so I think the upcoming days will make a visible difference !
    I will post some pics on friday after check in with the coach =)
