I don’t think adding in anabolics at this point is the best decision yet.
It looks as though just from pics you have a lot of progress that can come through proper training and nutrition first.
With all assistance comes sides – it’s more dosage, making you get the real deal and the length of time you’re on that if boundaries are pushed that’s when more sides occur but sides are a given whether little or small with using assistance.
Don’t rush take your time gain some training maturity, build a good amount of tissue and get nutrition bang on before thinking of assistance

I agree with the above comments too I think you can probably get more being natural before using peds

You look amazing now and when you dieting down ! And the progress is amazing ! So it’s just patience now that’s it ? , try not to get any softer than you are now when the goal is at some point to get onstage , just because it makes dieting all the way down an absolute killer , especially as looking at you , the next few kilos will go to your hips ( which defo doesn’t look bad , it’s just not ideal when stage is the goal )
No drugs ! More squats haha ?

And speak with my coach about body composition- I think his plan is to stay on my current calories and just keep pushing to failure in the gym. And you’re correct lol my body fat always sits in my lower body, hips and inner thighs always ?

Looking at these shots you could still grow a ton of muscle tissue without ANY assistance
Until your training is truly maxed out along with nutrition and recovery you won’t even tap into potential of what can be done without peds

Kuba I forgot to ask, what do you think is better than anavar but IM administration? I’m not scared of needles , and happy to do these things when the time is right so any info is awesome thank you

Do you have pics from when lean? As as natural girl I wouldn’t personally take your weight any higher if I was your coach , this would be the offseason limit , so then it comes down to how lean can you get without craving so hard you rebound and then how much muscle can you gain in the patient push up , post diet , back to this kind of body fat . It’s a slow process but I promise you it’s so worth it to keep your femininity ?
Hey Jordan, have dug out some pics from when I was leaner. I’ve been between 50kg and 68kg for a few years now, currently I am sat at 62kg 165cm tall. I’m really proud of my recovery I manage sleeping 9 or so hours a night, stress super low and get all my meals in good times , I just need a bit more patience lol

Thanks Kuba this is really awesome, and gives me a drive to keep going natty for now! I’m 25 so know im too old to do anything super impressive, but would love to make it to a 2bros stage in figure one day

Hey Lauren , gh use at 2iu imo should be daily . Higher doses only need to be used every other day as that’s because those doses will decrease insulin sensitivity . 2iu all taken in the am on wake will be helpful prior to your morning cardio – don’t have any eaa, Bcaa , don’t have anything aside from water / caffeine / or cv burn
Please don’t consider Anavar yet , please please it’s not needed at all. Diet down, get lean, then steadily increase cals and train super hard . Repeat that process a few times , give yourself a chance to see what you can do!
Thanks Jordan, I really appreciate the reply! 🙂 will keep going as I am for now. I’m currently bulking again, calories just under 4k (I have ridiculous metabolism and lose weight so easily) so will keep pushing my training to failure! My muscle was not very impressive when i was lean so will take all this advice on board, thanks again

I honestly believe you can make great progress just by focusing on training and nutrition to make it as perfect as possible.

Thanks Hilly this is great info! I have heard that for GH, 2 iu every other day would be good?
And for anavar. I have also heard 8 weeks on is standard, but not sure how long the breaks are supposed to be before taking it again?
