    Hi Micheala,

Not hijacking Oscar’s thread here but indeed a good chiropractor which I have is helpfull, in my case at least. I’m only 2 weeks in so I have some time to go.

Can you share some good rehab channels with us? There are so many out there.

    Thank you.

    Hi Jacob,

Dealing with a bulging disc with sciatica on my right leg right now.

What did you do for pain management?
What did you do to fix you bulging disc?
Were you able to train certain bodyparts during that time?

Talked to my doc this morning and cartilage transplant applies only if a small part (coin size) of cartilage is damaged. So no go in my case. What bothers me is that we can fly people to the moon or can control nuclear fusion for a few micro seconds but we cannot replace a piece of cartilage.

    Good luck.

I’m in the same boat, brother. In my case only the left knee. One of our hospitals is offering cartilage transplant especially for knees where they take your cartilage cells, grow them in the lab and place them back after 8 weeks. Maybe something to check for in your country. I have to talk to the hospital to see if the therapy applies to my situation.

I take a gluco/chondro complex and NT2 from Life Extension and 5-lox. It probably helps a bit.

I used to do arms before legs and that worked well. Or you could change the split to a 2 on 1 off. Push, pull, rest delts and arms, legs

Haider(or other), any suggestions for a good starting point for a separate arm day? Maybe 3 Tri and 3 Bi exercises with a top set and backoff set for all and go from there?

    Hi Oscar,
Ryan is correct. I want to start trt but have no source available to me. Because
it’s trt the volumes will be quit low. Like I said, back then the endo refused because I was borderline low T. But their trt protocol, if any is outdated anyway. I read that overall Rohm products have a good name so that is what I am looking for. Not a question I’m comfortable with asking but it is my only option for now.

I eat it daily as sort of a snack/small meal. 200grams with strawberries and coconut shaving. I really like the chunky texture.
