    Why pin in lean muscle instead of regular subq?
    When sperm count is not a factor can the HCG be left out,? Or keep it in there for testicular size?

    Great blog, low volume right up my alley.

    When you say 2 sets, do you preform the sets “Jordan style”, so 1 top set and 1 back off set?

    How is your weight progression?

    How do you set up your training blocks, 6 weeks training –> deload –> new setup?

    I know there is a big difference in price between farmed and wild fish but if you have an hour to spare then watch the filled oh fish documentary. You are probably done with farmed fish after that. The toxicity of farmed salmon is pretty shocking.

    That is a question I wanted to ask too. I did the test and things I eat on a regular bases came out positive as not to eat them even though I felt perfectly fine. My intestins feel fine and the trips to the bathroom are stable. Foods like rice, oats, egg, dairy, corn and almonds are a no go. I switched to quinoa and millet as carb sources but I felt better eating the way I did to be honest.

    Nutritionally pretty much the same. Coocking takes longer though. Around 20 min for standard millet but there is a cream of rice version around(baby food). I take the coocking time for granted as long as my digestion likes it.

    Millet(cooked in almond milk and water) with cinnamon and blueberry’s, fish oil, whey.

    Millet is very easy to digest compared to oats, at least for me and is gluten free. Organic millet is even pretty cheap.
    I even eat it post workout. Never seen it here mentioned on the forum though.

    Or try cottage cheese. You can do everything with. Eat it straight, with berries, cumcumber and bell pepers etc.

    Don’t drink it straight out of the bottle. 1 tbsp in a glass with some low warm water will do fine.
    Make sure you have unfiltered ACV and keep it cooled.

    If you have a fixed address where you are staying in The NL then just sent it ahead. If intercepted you probably just get a ticket, that’s it. Nobody goes to jail in our liberal country.

    Importing gear is illegal in The Netherlands even amounts considered for personal use. But within the EU postage packages are only randomly checked as far as I know. Funny thing is that you can get every kind of recreational drug in the big cities but anabolics are very dangerous for you.
