    Morning guys! Had a busy morning at work! The van is playing up so had a stressful afternoon trying to sort that so didn’t make it to the gym. Had a tennis match in the afternoon which I won in straight sets. Went out for dinner in the evening for Persian food. Playing more tennis this afternoon so I might train before.

    Hey buddy, as the guys have mentioned we do need to see some pics before and after the weight stall to see if we can see the changes and what we think is causing them. Your body may well be recomping yes but as Kiera mentioned this is where visible pictures are key.

    Good morning guys! Had the day off yesterday with family which was nice! Played tennis in the evening for a few hours. Slept pretty well, up early today for work. Gonna hit the gym this afternoon then playing a league match later today!

    Morning guys! Had a great back session down at kings Croydon yesterday morning! Went to physio after which was also good! Headed back home and ate a meal then went to the gym for some rehab work for my back. Had a coffee and then hit an hour of tennis which was good. Chilled in the evening meal prepping, ate dinner then went to bed! Rest day today as spending the day babysitting!

    Hey man! Yes I definitely would discontinue the use of that! I’ve been using Rohm for many years and never had any issues at all with that. I also am hearing really good things about Baltic which is back on the market!

    Good morning guys! Had a decent fasted chest workout yesterday then went off to work. I ended working a lot longer than expected so I was pretty late eating my meal after my post workout shake and sweets. Went back to work after I’d eaten for a few hours then got home around 4ish and went to the gym to do some back rehab! Then went off to tennis and played some singles matches and I was playing good but my bicep/ elbow was playing up! Got in around 8ish and ate and chilled in bed. Up early today got a meal in and headed to the gym!

    Hey buddy! Either split is fine to be honest. I’ve never personally been a fan of upper lower splits, I’ve always favoured more of a bodypart split so if it was me I’d stick to what your currently doing! However if you think a new upper/ lower split will motivate you then sure switch it up!

    Hey guys! Yesterday was good. I got up super early and went to the gym. Hit a good shoulder workout followed by some skipping, punchbag and battle rope circuit. Then had a sauna and steam and a dip in the outdoor pool! Ate a meal then played another singles league tennis match which I won in straight sets. Chilled in the evening, up early today to train fasted!

    Hey guys! Yesterday was a good day! Had a quick breakfast on the way to work. Then I hit a good arm session at the gym. Ate and went to play tennis for a few hours then I ate again and went out for dinner in the evening for a birthday celebration.

    Hey buddy! So the hip hinge movement the form looks great. I personally prefer to use a weight plate and hold it close to my chest rather than a barbell. With the lat movement I like to keep my arms straight rather than a bend. Also lift your head slightly so your keeping a neutral spine, tempo looks good!

    Hey guys! Had a busy day yesterday! Work was pretty busy then I did an hour of rehab work for my back! Was meant to play a league doubles tennis match in the evening but got cancelled due to rain!
