    Morning guys! Busy morning at work yesterday but chilled in the afternoon a little. Had tennis league matches in the evening. Back was pretty sore after. Had dinner and went to bed late!

    Morning guys! Spent the morning out on the bike yesterday before heading to work in the afternoon! Chilled in the evening. Up early today for a fasted walk before work!

    Morning guys, had a nice morning in Frankfurt yesterday. Headed back to London in the afternoon. Short trip! Chilled in the evening! Out for a fasted walk this morning.

    Hey buddy, I personally prefer to take it pre fasted cardio. However I don’t think it makes a huge difference at all.

    Morning guys, mega busy day at work yesterday but got in to the gym in the evening for a late rehab session followed by a light workout which was good. Back to work after! Up early today heading to Germany.

    Hey buddy, I use a 1” for all injections no matter which site. I do however stay fairly lean.

    Hey guys, had a busy day yesterday at work. Managed to get a solid tennis hit in the early evening. Back was a little tender after so did some stretching and foam rolling. Up early today for a fasted walk.

    Hi Ege, personally never trained either of those. I used variations of ab crunches and leg raised to target that are and I tried to avoid using straps to help with grip so that I could get stronger and bigger forearms.

    Morning guys, had a nice little tennis hit yesterday. Felt a little tender after so did some stretching and foam rolling then rested for some hours in bed as work was quiet. Had to head to work in the evening but came back ate dinner and chilled. Up early today, couldn’t sleep. Heading out for a fasted walk after my coffee!

    Hi Ege, to be honest I don’t like either. I don’t like any fat burners. However in terms of dosage I would start with 20mcg of clen and for yohimbine just 5mg per day.

    Hey buddy, if you want to prioritise these body parts I would suggest doing a PPL split not an U/L split.
