Morning guys! Played tennis in the morning yesterday then went off to work! Got home pretty late then hit an upper body workout which was good! Came home late, ate and went to bed!

Hey buddy! Personally I like to mix in isolation movements before or inbetween my pressing movements. Also I like to do 2 x arm exercises per workout even if it’s only 2 sets each. Other than that the exercise selection looks great!

Hey guys! Didnt make it to the gym yetsyday! Work was too full on then had a family gathering in the evening! Up early today for tennis then off to work! Might hit the gym this afternoon! 🤞🏻

Morning guys, had a fairly busy day at work yesterday! Then played a few hours of tennis in the evening. Still feeling a bit jet lagged. Works a little less busy today so likely I’ll hit the gym at some point today!

Hey buddy! If your competing in any natural sport then I would suggest steering clear from any questionable supplements and always cross reference the ingredient list of ANY supplement you use with the ban list from your competitions organisation!

Morning guys! Had a long day at work yesterday! Got home in the evening and was falling asleep on the sofa! In an attempt to stay up I went to play a little tennis. Came home ate and then went to sleep! Slept well but still woke up mega tired! Might try and hit a workout today after work!

Hey buddy! I would stay in a maintenance phase. Personally I wouldn’t like to be in a deficit as it can be detrimental to the recovery of your injury! Make sure your getting a lot of micronutrients in your diet!

Good morning! Had an amazing last day in New York! Plenty more sight seeing and food tasting! Just landed back in London, didn’t sleep a wink im afraid and it’s 6am now so it’s going to be a long day! Straight to work and potentially train/ play tennis later depending on how I’m feeling!

Morning guys! Another amazing day yesterday exploring NYC! Ate some amazing food! Walked all over town! Another 35k steps in the bag. Leaving NYC this evening so arriving back in London tomorrow morning!

Hey buddy! Personally I would train weights on the same days you train bjj/mma but I would spread the sessions apart. So potentially do weight training early in the morning then get your meals in for the day and then do your other training in the evening. This obviously depends on your schedule. That way when you take a rest day your body can have complete rest and recovery time!

Now depending on how you want to approach this. Would be a good idea to slowly push calories back up and not fast too quick!

Morning guys! Had an amazing day yesterday! Went to Harlem, the bronx, queens, Brooklyn, Coney Island then back to Manhattan! Had a great day! Went to the movies in the evening! Not sure about butter in popcorn so skipped that one! Up early today going to walk around Central Park!
