Looks like the big guys has spoken haha!! James suggested cycle looks good, higher dosages than I’ve ever done before but maybe this is what’s needed to gain that mass that I’ve been struggling to gain! We will talk more and discuss. The end product will be chosen within the next week or two!! We absolutely hammered legs yesterday!! So a rest day was needed today! Me and James went and got a good deep tissue massage. Had a walk around town to keep ourselves active and occupied! Now it’s time to rest this evening in pursuit of a phenomal Push Workout tomorrow! I can’t wait!! How often do you guys rest??

Good morning everyone! Just out doing my usual 25 mins fasted walk that I do on training days only! Had a really good PULL session yesterday. I will post the workout below. It really exhausted me I felt like I couldn’t give any more! Current weight is at 89.4 but condition could be a little better. Need to keep pushing forward and pusgbmy weight up. Trying to hold onto condition as much as possible! BIG LEG session going down today with James and Damien. Do you guys hit legs as a complete workout? Or do you split hams and quads?

Good morning! We have the exact same weight .. how tall are you Louis?
So I have two leg days per week . One is quad focused with a few sets of hamstring curls and the second is a ham focused… so RDLs and some curls with heavier leg press and Smith squats .. adductor work and calf’s on both sessions. I’m really trying to bring up my legs.
I’m anxious to hear what you decide to run for your off season cycle .
Cheers ![/quote]
Hi Erin, I’m 174cm I belive lol 5’8”-5’9” somewhere in that! I’m not sure it’s different at every show apparently haha must be the apparatus!!! Ok great I used to have a similar approach to legs myself now me and James just absolutely hammer them with the push pull legs routine and it seems to be working!! I’m excited too I feel like it’s time to drop the hammer now! I’ll have a discussion with James and we’ll make a plan together!! He knows best!!LouisMoylan

@louismoylan @louis-moylan who did you use the bloods pal and which profile did you opt for
Hi Josh, I used Dr Matt Milner, you can find him on my post I done on Instagram. I’m not sure but he ran a bunch of tests on testosterone, oestrogen, thyroid, liver etc…

MemberSeptember 10, 2019 at 8:42 am in reply to: Cheat meals, refeeds – what works for you?Hey buddy, it depends what your goal is in my opinion. In the offseason I do have a lot more meals off. When I’m pre contest I do not eat cheat meals at all. Even my refeeds if needed are usually super clean. I love food a lot I am a big foodie so in the off-season I make my meal prep a lot more
Interesting making things like beef stew and rice and beef bolognese and pasta etc instead of just plain beef on a carb source. I also eat a lot of fruit in the off-season to get those natural vitamins and minerals in instead of supplementing them all. This helps me with cravings. Also if your obsessed with progression you will be less likely to eat off plan. I used to binge eat a lot and I do still now every now and then but for the most part if I’m having a meal off I’ll have a nice starter, main and dessert then call it a day. This is what I give my clients also.LouisMoylan

Hey buddy, I’ve never used beef protein myself however a lot of people have said many good things about it. It is still an isolate so the absorbsion should still be pretty good. Also I’ve been told it sits very well on the stomach. If your having problems with digestion or dairy and lactose etc this will be the perfect source of protein for you.

Hey buddy, a lot of these companies are allowed to use margins on their nutritional info so they are never accurate. I do have turkey bacon in my diet due to the fact that egg whites give me stomach issues and I am in the off-season however during a pre contest phase I would use regular turkey steaks as Clare has suggested.

Good morning ! Smith machine rows and Rdls for me. Glad to hear the bloods are good ! How much of a role do you think that all the health supplements you take play in that?
Smith Rows & RDLs are great movements!! Thank you! I think the health supps do play an important role because with the intensity of the training we do and the stress the diet puts on our bodies we do need to supplement in certain ingredients that you don’t get in most off the shelf vitamins. This is why the trained by jp and supplement needs ranges are so good and so highly dosed. Really a big benefit to us all.

just started regularly having a rack pull or deadlift in – previously would flare sciatica but last 10 weeks touch wood its been fine, so building from a very very back… really like a barbell row on the smiths with 360 movement or sometimes fixed, allows you to really make the reps count and not throw stuff about!
Yes I used so have some similar problems. I do really like a smith machine Row I haven’t done them for a long time will have to put them in my next workout!

Hi Mate, there are 100s of Supplements you could add into your nutrition regime however it’s also a good idea to take a look at the quality of the food your already consuming. Have you made sure your using a high quality whey protein source? Maybe an Isolate? Have you tried eating free range chicken? Or organic Whole Eggs? It would also be beneficial to spend a little less money on a wide range of supplements and spend more money on higher quality supplements. Like Meg mentioned with the MPS Max there are so many high quality ingredients in that product you don’t really need to supplement with much else. Which is a case with a lot of the TrainedByJP Nutrition range that’s why Jordan and Corinne have designed the products in that way.

MemberSeptember 9, 2019 at 8:27 am in reply to: How much do you truly have to eat, to get hugeHey Buddy, everyone is different and require different amounts of food. You also need to be careful your not just gaining body fat because you can get heavier without really building much more muscle! Make sure your progressing on your lifts and increase food slowly to ensure it’s going to good use. Increasing when you hit plateaus in the gym.

Good morning, ended up taking a rest day yesterday as I had family priority to deal with. So back in the gym today for a good pull session. Just out doing some cardio now. Blood results are back and everything is in normal range so have been given the green light to go back on a higher cycle whenever I desire so I will have a think about what and when I want to do with regard to that. Seeing everyone competing and turning pro on the weekend was really motivating so I’m hoping next year or the year after it will be me turning pro! Just need to put that work in!! What are the main compound movements you guys use when you train pull?

Good morning guys! Had a good rest yesterday evening so feeling a bit better today! Still a little tired, I think recovery is being effected a little by the hard training and low dose of Anabolics. May have to pull back slightly on the expenditure in the gym. Is anyone going to the 2Bros British Finals today?
