Hey dean quick question if you don’t mind!
I know you aren’t a fan of aldactone but I was wondering, would you cut sodium or keep it the same as before while carbing up with aldactone in place? -
Aldactone was 5 days of use prior to the stage , which for me, hurts my digestion too much when trying to carb up

Okay I see but did you cut sodium while carbing up?

Hey Jordan 🙂 first of all thanks for the rich log it’s full of amazing informations and I love it!
I just wanted to ask you, when you took aldactone for that show you did a long time ago (the video where you are 1day out sitting on the bed explaining where you at), did you cut sodium during the carb up?
Hope it’s not off topic, thank you so much Jordan :)) -
Hey,
I really think that you could stay on trt dosage and just play with your diet
Masteron is a cosmetic drug, so you will look better (and for that you will need much lower bodyfat anyway with masteron) but it won’t really help losing bodyfat. Anavar will help you retain muscle tissue and keep the strength high but once again, you have 11 weeks and your goal is just to get lean, no need for that. A good diet with trt dose will be enough. Maybe you could up the test a bit to 300/400 if you manage it well without any problems oestrogen wise. -
Hey
Fruits are generally high in carbs so yes you better track it especially if you cut -
Hey
Sodium is a very important mineral for glucose transport and good electrolyte balance
If you don’t have issues with high blood pressure and don’t put waaaaay to much on each meal and eat some veggies (or even better take potassium as supplement) then you should not worry about problems linked to sodium usage -
