Hey mate, what’s your experience with GH, what have you noticed from use in the past ?

30 pound pushes over a very lean start point are the only way to make noticeable steps forward in muscle with each push , when they are patiently done over a 6 month period .
How would you structure a diet ? Make sure your currently lean, then simply add 200 cals , then once the weight gain stalls , add another 200 – etc etc , slowly adding over 6 months , gaining a pound a week.
Thanks Jordan, if all done correctly and patiently using anabolics, how much of that 30 pounds for example would you think to be new muscle over 6 months?

Delt focus push today, pretty solid session with some good progress-
Matched last weeks 95 a side prime shoulder press for 7 but with much better execution, back off was up by 6 reps
Db shoulder press up by 3 reps and up by 4 in back off.
Strength still pushing up weekly despite no food or drug changes in 12+ weeks now and bodyweight still holding between 252-254
Since pushing increlex dose up I have noticed on a few occasions feeling a bit light headed/hypo so going to monitor blood glucose for the next few days

What’s you’re current cycle mate + ancillaries, also did it take your thyroid long to come back online post prep ?

Do you see any issues in the higher level of prolactin?

There is a current popularityof using it lower dosed for prolonged period it seems.
Is this safer? It would be hard to say exactly as there won’t be any medical studies on it I imagine but I could be wrong.
Checking your blood work etc would be wise.
Simply using a lower dose 50mg EOD is IMO sufficient for a lot of people and a much safer way of using than 100mg EOD to daily that became common last couple of years.
Why are you wanting to use the drug? What are you hoping from it?
could there be safer alternatives if your having some concerns.
Wanting to use in a dieting phase, last 6 weeks or so when calls are low. What would alternatives be ?

I think the fact you’re honest to say you can’t hack or do a longer cut is great, being self aware is a great trait imo.
With your goal being lifestyle and having a great physique year round.
I see no harm in cutting hard leading into your holiday.
But post perhaps having a better mindset and plan of attack would be best for “lifestyle” purposes you don’t have to eat tiny amounts to maintain a good look year round it’s just being a little more mindful with calories in and calories out so you don’t have to do these drastic cuts.
Will help you lead a healthier life if you can do this.
Thanks Meg! How would be best to avoid excess weight gain post holiday as calories would be low leading into it?
On a side note, how on earth do guys keep consistently lean physiques year round?! I know this is a broad question but it always seems next to impossible to keep at that lean point
