Did you get any other tests done or just testosterone.
This is a personal decision.
If all your blood markers are good at this reading, you feel good, look good and perform well then I would be over the moon with this and leave it here.
Its also possible the reading is a little higher as its the day out jab.
Monday would of been a better day to take the bloods Imo for a more accurate read
Just a testosterone blood check this one, was basically doing it to check how reliable my gear is. Thanks, will make sure all bloods are done on Mondays in future!
What lab are you using ? -
Thanks mate! Could you talk a bit through how you’ve made so much progress on such a short period of time. I know you’ve been ultra consistent and meticulous about everything but I’d like to know more about you’re gaining/dieting periods from when you went pro until now?
Have you pretty much gained straight through except for the shows mid way between? How did you utilise anabolic, growth, insulin?
I think it’s amazing the progress you’ve made so it would be great to get a deeper insight.
Honestly I don’t think I have done anything out of the ordinary – Iv just applied myself 100% all the time. All year round I’m as consistent as I am on prep with food, training, recovery etc.
Cycle wise I have had periods where I have pushed the boat so to speak however on reflection I don’t believe this made a huge difference and I could have achieved the same with a smarter approach as thus negatively impacted on sleep and recovery in points.
I had one really big off season after turning pro where I really pushed food at one point reaching over 8000 calories daily and I went to 268lbs.
Now I’m trying to stay around 250lbs as I know at this weight I can improve and body composition is very good.
Strength wise Iv had periods where I really pushed it – last year 180kg incline bb press for 6, 160kg bb shoulder press for 4/5 I think and hack squat was strongest ever. – I did get some injuries so now my approach is a lot more controlled- still going as heavy as possible but with perfect form.
This year I’m implementing increlex for first time ever and certainly noticing a difference in fullness but hard to say full benefit just yet.
Thanks for the reply mate , big year ahead ⭕️

Hey buddy! Definitely down to execution and exercise selection for yourself! Could be volume and rep ranges too! What do you do for your arm training now within your split?
I’m currently doing triceps with push and biceps with pull, 2-3 exercises, 3 sets 10-15 rep ranges

Luca please video your sets and send them to me on my DM. Let’s break this doe first then focus on frequency after .
If you are sloppy with a little, you are going to be sloppy with more ?
That would be amazing, thank you I will do that!

Hey Darren, 2 questions for you. What does your arm day look like and how would you advise bringing them up, I can’t seem to get mine to grow.
Secondly what was your experience with Mediphorm, do you still use it ?

Hey Jordan, wondering if you’ve heard back from the rohm guys in relation to the test E dosage issue ?I’d imagine quite a few people are wondering so said I’d be the one to ask ?

Hi Hilly, do you think a qualification in nutrition is important in being a pt or online coach. It seems the curriculum many courses have is pretty basic, anyone who is experienced in training/diet/nutrition would already know.
-
yes literally just get the quickest and cheapest one you can. you will learn far more on here in terms of knowledge you can the apply.
100% mate! Maybe you can advise on this too, what’s the market like for persona trainers at the min in Dubai?

Will you be doing anything to bring prolactin in range? What would lead to this elevation ?
-
Quanta are very good – all backed by lab tests
Is there somewhere to see those tests mate ?
-
Urea / creatinine is a little elevated but that’s common and imo not a cause for concern due to our lifestyle elevating these markers
Same as CK
Thanks mate, what about prolactin?

Re adding pictures, hopefully it’s clear @Hilly @Jordan_peters

Hey bro, have you ever used any site enhancement? What’s your opinions? Do many use? Does it make much of a difference ?

Hi Jp, you said you could conceivable run total 250 (150 test/100 primo) for long periods of time. I remember you saying you wouldn’t touch Tren again but could this be altered in a scenario to reflect 150 test and 100 tren?
